You come here for the ambiance and experience. The food was fine, but nothing too special. I had the burrata and my main was the pork belly and chicken. No concerns with the food quality, but I feel like it needed more flavour. I don’t see myself coming back for the food.

When we entered the establishment, we noticed the bar was closed. We were greeted by a gentleman to who we explained that we called a few minutes before our arrival to make sure that they still serve drink to which the person on the opposite line said yes. After that, he served us drinks because we had an emergency, and even after the official closing served our friend who came in later. The service was beyond exceptional. I definitely recommend attending this bar!

The atmosphere and the service certainly belongs to the Four Seasons Hotel, both worth 5 stars. The food on the other hand was a bit disappointing in comparison. The D burger (wagyu burger) patty was juicy but overall only ok with the other ingredients. The optional bacon should be standard. The fries are definitely not very good. They are thin and warm but not hot. That being said the latte was very good.

Dear d|bar Management, I wanted to extend my sincerest appreciation for the outstanding dining experience I recently enjoyed at your esteemed establishment. My visit on Friday, March 15, 2024, for a 5:30 pm dinner surpassed all expectations, leaving me thoroughly impressed. From the moment I stepped into d|bar, located within the luxurious Four Seasons Hotel Toronto, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. My server, Ria W., exemplified excellence in hospitality, providing attentive service throughout the evening. Despite her departure, the seamless transition to another attentive server ensured that my experience remained impeccable until the very end. The culinary journey was nothing short of sublime. The innovative Coffee & Tonic mocktail was a delightful start, perfectly complemented by the tantalizing Grilled Octopus appetizer, which showcased the chef's skillful mastery. The Mediterranean Seared Scallops entrée transported my taste buds to the shores of the Mediterranean, with each bite bursting with flavor and freshness. As I awaited dessert, the aroma of freshly brewed coffee filled the air, setting the stage for the indulgent finale. The Chocolate & Vanilla Profiteroles were a heavenly conclusion to an already exquisite meal, leaving me craving for more. Beyond the delectable fare and impeccable service, it was the attention to detail and personalized touch that truly set d|bar apart. Despite being a male customer, I felt welcomed and valued throughout my dining experience, a testament to the inclusive and inviting atmosphere cultivated by your team. In summation, my visit to d|bar was nothing short of extraordinary, and I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to return and relive the culinary magic once again. Please extend my heartfelt gratitude to Ria W. and the entire team for a truly memorable evening. Warm regards, Quoc Phan

Did not like where my table was situated. Utterly impossible for them to think out of the box and switch us to another empty one. We did have reservations !! So infuriating. Food quite ordinary. Avocado toast was not toasted. Avocado was just sliced and the two eggs ( supposed to be poached ) were hard boiled. Why go back?

This place is a vibe. Came here for afternoon tea and service was amazing! The food was beautifully presented. The inside of the restaurant is bright and nicely decorated. Knocking off 2 stars for the following reasons: the scones are too big and need to be smaller. Not enough savoury items. They add on too many sweets but the savoury are lacking. Also not interesting items to eat? One item was a small square of watermelon with ahi tuna on top. It was tiny. For that reason it is not worth the price. I’d come back to D Bar for lunch but I don’t recommend the afternoon tea.

There were not many people on Sunday night, the dining environment was beautiful, the service was considerate, and most importantly, the food was delicious.

Excellent food and finally amazing staff. I was tired of the waitress who kept trying to pick up husband of mine as well as the husbands of my friends. It was very insulting and cheap. The service staff are much better. Love the new atmosphere
