The stone pot is very hot, so I like to eat it warm. The price seems to be higher than before? The portion is still ok, I feel full?

Easy to eat the bowl but it didn't have as much protein as I expected.

The boiling soup is comforting for a cold day, full of flavour and a bunch of sides mixed together. The fried chicken was a bit oily for me. However, service was quick and efficient!

The food is pretty good. I keep coming here because I particularly like Helen, a 30 or 40-year-old Shanghai waiter who always has a smile. She is very kind and enthusiastic. Her service is very good, she is patient and efficient.

If you come here, I really recommend the signature braised pork noodle soup (as opposed to the crossing the bridge). It’s absolutely delicious - the broth is super flavourful and nourishing!I’ve only come for lunch, so it’s always nice and quiet. I love how calm and brightly lit this place is. The service is also pretty good!Great food, great prices, and a nice environment to eat in - not much more I could ask for!

Overall, good. The food speed is good as well. They are polite and get refills happily when asked.

You get what you pay for for the food there, nothing special about it.It was our first time there. I wish their menu explains better on what each item is because the ingredients are not listed in the menu. We also know that some dishes have the ingredients on the side and some have the ingredients in the broth. But we had no idea which section of the menu is which, the names doesn’t make any sense to us.The service is basically non-existing. No water was given to us until we asked. ALL the cups that were provided to us was dirty, and at this point we decided to drink from our water bottle instead. The place itself was quite nice, I would give full points for the atmosphere if it wasn't for the noises from the staff. The staff was dividing the dishes into different bins and all we could hear is dishes clanking. They were not the sound that you normally hear when working with dishes, but it was the sound of dropping bowls and chopsticks from above into plastic bins on the ground. Because this was done in the corner of the seating area with wall partition to block our views, it was super loud for everyone eating in this place especially it echo a bit. Our entire time in this place, we have heard at least 4 different times where the dishes drop to the ground. Annoying AF

I think most people would really like the noodle soups here. Lots of random delicious meat in my braised beef soup and *lots* of mushrooms. I wanted a more plain noodle soup and don't love the mushrooms but I get why people recommend this place.

The soup base was so salty and bland ?Price is really good, I might come back to try a different base and ask if they can make it less salty.

The food is superb - friend ordered for me so can’t remember name specifically but it’s the first item on the menu. Decor is also pretty quirky and fun. Staff is caring and made sure to tell me not to touch the hot pot. ?

It seems like a pretty famous chain restaurant in Toronto. However, when I entered the restaurant, it didn't feel like a warm comfy space for me. The staffs were very nice but the tables and floor felt a little bit greasy. I'm not sure whether it's always like this for a Rice Noodle restaurant. The ingredients were colourful, that's a plus. But the broth wasn't not appealing. I've had a lot of rice noodle before and this one was not even on my top 10 list. I give it 3 stars now. However, if I get a chance to visit this restaurant again, I'll reconsider the scores once I feel differently.

Unique experience with family adding the ingredients to the soup broth. Very tasty and staff were pleasantly helpful.

The soup base was very flavourful in a very affordable price range. With unlimited rice noodle refills, it's a guarantee you will be full!Depending on the menu chosen, the ingredients can already be included in the soup or bought out separately in a colourful Bento style container.
