Staff are nice but the location is vastly over due for a renovation. Also the parking lot is tight. Overall would not come back because it's just a difficult experience. Ownership should consider remodelling.

Although Dairy Queen’s blizzards are a fantastical experience for my tastebuds, there is something to be said about their lack of birthday blizzards.It was my birthday, and all I was looking forward to was finishing my day with a delicious, creamy, and thick snickerdoodle cookie dough blizzard, that was promised to be free on my special day. And alas as i enter the doors of my local Dairy Queen establishment, i was told that their free birthday day blizzards have been discontinued! It was a big lack of research on my part, but i do have to say that it was a little bit disappointing. I sucked up my pride and handed the friendly cashier my singular dollar to cover the cost of my small snickerdoodle cookie dough blizzard. And as i savoured my delicious, sugary, cinoman-y concoction that was beyond even my imagination, i decided that it was worth my one dollar.I still love you Dairy Queen, don’t worry (:

A belated review but I really wanted to say that everyone I spoke to here was amazing! I messed up my order but somehow the cake decorator (I’m so sorry but I forget his name) SAVED ME. He was so so understanding and he really did go the extra mile! THANK YOU THANK YOU and THANK YOU again for helping me make this amazing cake happen for my kid !

I Went here for Blizzards tonight. Pretty good. Got the cheesecake one and didn't disappoint, like all dairy queens I have been to. The interior is nice, doesn't have a ton of seating tho. The restaurant does have a restroom inside of it. Clean interior and exterior as well.

Love coming to Dairy Queen!!! I got the banana split and it was delicious ? Blizzards are also one of my favourites but I thought I try the banana split today and it was really good ? ? ? The staff are also very friendly and work quickly!

Arrived very close to closing. Staff seemed very visibly bothered by the customers present in the store. They asked customers that entered only moments after closing to leave. Our food was made in a rush and was missing brownies in the blizzard.Having worked in similar establishments myself, I think staff here need to be trained better to handle situations like these more professionally so they could benefit the business and customers.

I had a horrible experience at this Dairy Queen with my sons birthday cake. I’ve been ordering birthday cakes from Dairy Queen for the past 10 year at the Dundas Street West location and never had one issue. But, unfortunately they were closed down. I decided to order from The Queensway Location, even though it’s a far drive. I ordered a standard 10 inch cake with red and white writing only, that said Happy 9th Birthday. They offered to put some baseballs on the cake, I said just a few around the outside of the cake. I made it clear “ only red and white writing”. It was red and white themed party. My father went and picked up the cake for me. When he brought it to my house, it wasn’t close to what I asked for. I was very disappointed. There was teal writing and a big green design in the middle with red stars. It was also very messy. I called to complain and they wanted me to return to pick up another one or have it fixed. I didn’t have time to do that, so I had to keep the cake as is. I wasn’t happy and asked for a manager to call me back. Which never did happen, so I called them back after a few days. The manager was extremely rude, telling me that I should’ve picked the cake up, I could’ve went back and had it fixed, I didn’t tell them not to put the green design on it. It was all my fault. They didn’t take any responsibility. He finally offered 1/2 off my next cake, but was very rude about it. He would apologize, but would still place blame on me. I will never order from this Dairy Queen every again. I told him to keep his gift card, because it wasn’t offered sincerely, it was offered with attitude. I was made to feel like I did something wrong. I have never written review before, but I couldn’t let this go.

I’ve gotten almost every birthday cake from Dairy Queen, and the past few years after asking I get the regular icecream cake with all vanilla icecream and the fudge cookie center as I am not the biggest fan of chocolate icecream. They have done this modification several times without an issue, but this year when I picked up my cake I found out that it was just a slab of vanilla icecream no center, when the instructions were clearly gone over more than once and clarified when placing the order. I already prepaid so I ended up just taking the cake, the woman who I picked it up from was not at fault, but she didn’t really give any solution I feel like I should have been credited back or at least been able to switch it for another cake. I will not be ordering my birthday cake here in the future as it was an upsetting situation to pay $35 for essentially just vanilla icecream.
