Very standard Demetres when all is said and done. Service was on time and staff were friendly. The “Moo La La” on a Belgian waffle was a pleasant dessert to end the day off with a sweet tooth, a good plate to serve two people. No complaints here, I would recommend to people craving a quality dessert.

This is such an amazing place and my favourite for waffles and ice cream. Honestly, I haven't tried anything else since I'm so obsessed over the waffles. Honestly, these are the best waffles I've ever tried in my life, anywhere! There's something very special about them (in the dough) but it makes them taste so gooood! My fav is Pretty in pink, but all of them are just great. You can change the ice cream flavor to make a combination to your taste if you want. Ice cream is so creamy and rich, so good. It's a big waffle and it's loaded! It's a lot of calories and sugar for sure but so worth it! The place is really nice and cute, not very comfy though. They have crepes, cakes, cheesecakes and so many more things (I'm sure they're really good too).
I got the red velvet cheesecake (Piece Talks) it was $21 tax included. It was good but $21 is pushing it.

I didn't like that much, I expected more. The ice cream was crystalized and not creamy. A little disappointing.Revisiting:This place has been our final destination for every day out. We must go to have a good desert and we have been into other units and they are all the same, very consistent. Regarding my previous review, I definitely believe we got a bad day, that’s all, it happens. We gave another shot and it was the best thing we ever done. It’s our favourite spot so far!
Demetres on Danforth is worth the visit. The interior is absolutely lovely.The ice creams were delicious and we ordered some tea for our visit. The server did an excellent job in taking care of our tables aswell. They were very courteous and assured we had a great time.Thank you!

We ordered a crepe. The banana was a bit unripe. But it provides good texture to the over desert. I like that the portion feeds two people. It was enjoyable.
