We had Egg Bae and it’s so good! The buns are buttery and soft & go really well with the scrambled eggs! Highly recommended!

as a consumer of breakfast sandwiches my opinion on such creations is deep and filled with experience.Just kidding, what i like is good food and good vibes and this place nailed it.the sandwiches come neatly seated in half sleeves and come with this amazing warmed soft buns that make egg bae not just a egg sandwich place, but an egg sandwich home.plus spicy egg sandwich

We went here this morning to grab a quick breakfast. Service was fast. We ordered one Bae-sic, and one Eh Bae Bae. While the presentation was really good, my partner had a hard time eating his sandwich as eggs didn't really stay together. He ended up with lots of 'left over' eggs. Mine didn't have scrambled eggs in it and was delicious.

Went up to Toronto for the first time last week. First up for breakfast was Egg Bae, which was about a twenty-five min walk from the financial district where the hotel was located. It's a tiny little joint with some great artwork on the walls that you see as soon as you walk in. The menu is small but let me tell you what they're doing in there is HUGE! I had the Bae-sic sandwich with in house made pork belly sausage, egg, tomato jam, and caramelized onions. The flavor was unbelievable. The tots and hash brown with Bae sauce were just as impressive. Do not sleep on Egg Bae when you're in Toronto looking for a good breakfast sandwich.

Cool little spot. We both had the eh bae bae and shared a side of tots, and it was plenty of food. The sandwich was delicious, flavourful with just the right amount of sauce. The egg was cooked well, and the arugula was super fresh and tasty. The tots were perfectly crispy and stayed hot the whole time we were there. The place is small, only a few tables to sit and eat at. I really loved their unique packaging. I asked for a couple of stickers and she was happy to give them to me.The only negative is that it wasn’t very clean inside, but that wasn’t a big deal.

This place is a gem. The bread is a soft, fluffy brioche bun and the flavour of the eh baebae was delish! Not a first date food as it was messy to eat… unless you don’t mind looking like a savage while eating! The tater tots are regular tater tots… can’t complain. This was a great way to start the day. It’s a small cute little breakfast sandwich place… it was a great find and definitely a gem. Would recommend to everyone!

The atmosphere is so fun, with a large mural on the wall with chickens/eggs doing their thing. They definitely have attention to detail with their marketing/vibe, because even the bags were artistic and very cute! I ordered a Bae-sic sandwich and it was pretty good! The bread was a bit overpowering, but the eggs were soft cooked which is so hard to get right. The eggs themselves definitely had a Tabasco flavor, as did the sauce that comes with the tater tots. I'm not sold on that part, but between the tots themselves and the other flavors of the eggs I would definitely say it was tasty!

Decent breakfast sandwich. Got the Egg Bae basic sandwich. I think 2/10 bites had the sautéed onions. Lots of good flavours and a quality bun. The seating area is super modest, there is zero vibe in there, it’s pretty much operates as a grab and go.

I tried Egg Bae sandwish, and it was a bit too much going on for me (not sure if that's the spices and/or cheese sauce) but it didn't even taste like an egg sandwich. Nothing impressive for my liking. I also wish the place could have been cleaner. But the cashier guy was friendly and nice.

Eggs, eggs and more eggs. The art of a perfect sandwich is a sandwich that is messy but doesn’t fall apart. The art of the perfect sandwich is on all its flavour balances and must have a perfect bun. The scramble at Egg Bae is perfect. A soft scramble that’s velvety good the bacon is so good and the sauce is awesome. I am also a fan of a good runny egg. Kensington market is a blast and this place is a perfect pit stop in between all the fun.

Quick and easy.We ordered the Bae-Sic sandwich, the Eh Bae Bae sandwich, and a side of tater tots with Bae sauce. While it was yummy, I found it to be a little heavy and greasy. It was more like a breakfast burger than a sandwich. Tater tots were crispy. The bae sauce was like a tangy Big Mac sauce. It’s definitely worth trying!

This is one of the best breakfast spots I've been to in a long time! It's not cheap but each sandwich has such a nice balance of flavors and textures. We tried the bae-sic ($10), seaside bae ($11), and tater tots ($4.50). Every component of the sandwich was perfect, from the super fluffy bun to the egg and other fillings. The bae-sic had a juicy, flavorful, and perfectly charred slice of sausage! The saltiness of the sausage complemented the creamy soft-cooked egg and the sweet tomato jam. I'm glad we got to try Egg Bae's scrambled eggs in their seaside bae sandwich because the scrambled eggs were so soft, fluffy, and creamy! The seaside bae had a completely different flavor profile from the bae-sic because it had crunchy textures from the potato chips, smoky salty richness from the smoked salmon, and bursts of freshness from the arugula and pickled onion. I was worried that the sandwiches would be messy to eat but we were surprisingly okay. Maybe sitting down at a table is key! The tater tots were extremely crispy on the outside and their dipping sauce is a very tasty spicy mayo. I would recommend this spot to anyone (who is not vegan). There isn't a lot of sitting area on the inside but there is a lot of fun egg artwork to look at.

What an adorable place!!! First of all, it was my first time trying egg sandwiches, and it was soooo delicious. It was so healthy too with veggies, meat and egg. Portion size was huge too. The potato tots were just okay. I highly recommend people try the original eh bae bae. Too good to be missed out. Not much of service since we didn't dine in. Lastly very cute decorations. Would love to come back for more!
