Would 10/10 recommend dining here! Came here for a spontaneous solo lunch date and was received so warmly by the hostess as well as my server Chad. Made the whole experience so memorable! I ordered the salmon for mains and paired it with a delicious Montepulciano d’abruzzo. It felt like spring in Italy! The salmon was cooked to perfection with just the right hint of citrus and the salad had the perfect crunch to it. The nuts made the salad such a treat, I finished it off in the first few minutes, an excellent recommendation by Chad.

My favorite bar in downtown Toronto. Lots of delicious shareable menu options. Recommended: the coconut shrimp and Vietnamese fried chicken. Great atmosphere for drinks - a perfect combination of upscale and upbeat.

Our family was here the first time and was a beautiful experience. Ambiance was relaxing and peaceful. Everything was tasty and service was superb. The attendants at Epoch were very attentive and accommodating to our party with allergies. I would love to come back on an afternoon date or a girlfriend get together.

Came here to try their afternoon tea. If I could give them more than five stars, I wouldl! Impeccable service, adorably delectable tea and finger foods, and when I told them about my food allergy, they were beyond accommodating! Honestly, I can't recommend them highly enough!

What a beautiful experience! This was our second time at Epoch, and it was fabulous. We enjoyed high-tea to celebrate my birthday and received the most wonderful hospitality and care- by ALL the staff. The tea was lovely and the food was exquisite- and well presented. We'll be back again. Special thanks to Amelia!☺️
All in all it was pleasant but the value wasn't really there and we were on a time limit of an hour and a half which seemed rushed (and we were rushed to pay and leave). Staff were pleasant and no complaints on food though.

The high tea was Ok. Nothing great. Had better at King Edward and Casa Loma. Was told at the beginning that we had 90 minutes and then had to leave. It felt rude. Food was good. Not enough clotted cream. Because the food was brought in there was no opportunity to get a bit more cream. It was enjoyable but that's about it.

We visited Epoch Bar & Kitchen Terrace for afternoon tea with family for a birthday. When I arrived there was no one at the hostess desk but I saw my party across the room and made my way to them. The server had already dropped off the tea sample chest and then we waited at least 15 minutes for him to return. He was very nice but maybe they were short staffed as after the tea and food were delivered he did not return to check on us for a very long time and one of us had run out of hot water. The food was good and the tea was excellent. I don't know why they ask if there is a special occasion, no one said a word about the birthday. The ambiance was okay, we were seated in the bar area and the bar was very busy with afternoon drinkers so it was a little loud. I thought it would be a more intimate experience as other hotel teas have been in the past. Overall we enjoyed ourselves but there is quite a bit of room for improvement on the service side and the ambiance was just okay.
While our server was great, the food was not it was expensive and unfortunately the steak had to be brought back to us twice because it was given to us rare when we asked for medium and the rest of the food was actually very rich and oily
