I was really indecisive of what to order BUT their staff Ms Ionee was very accomodating to suggest which will be the practical item to order. She suggested the teriyaki bowl which IN FACT is very delicious, healthy and affordable. This made my experience in the store spectacular, great customer service!

1. the staff were impatient and not fluent.2. the Freshii eco-friendly spoon/fork missing! usual plastic stuff(not at this location we were told!)3. food was too raw even after requesting4. it was not offered in a paper bag as they used to do.5. didnt give me a reciept.this location sucks

I used to frequent this location pre pandemic. I went today to grab my go-to lunch, and the staff was pretty terrible. I didn't want the sauce that comes with my bowl (I never get it since it contains dairy and they now dont have sriracha anymore)they asked if I wanted another sauce I asked if I could get a little more Cilantro on top and they said no that would be extra. I thought it was strange but whatever.When my bowl was done, aka rushed and slapped together, then pushed towards me. I asked for a bag, and the person behind the counter pointed vaguely to where they were shoved in a corner.The cherry on top was when I opened the bag less the 10 mins later I was greeted with beet juice leaking from the container and soaking through the bag and into my own bag and the forgotten ingredients in my bowl.try the downstairs food court instead.

Only a few vegan options overall, mainly non-vegan. They are accommodating to substitute things in to make things vegan. Overall the food was quite good but unfortunately pretty small for what you pay, not super filling.
