Very disappointed. I typically like Freshii's however I have come to this location several times and they consistently serve uncooked or undercooked rice in the bowls.I'm not saying the rice isn't cooked to my particular liking, I mean it literally is hard as a rock and hurts to bite into because there will be a rock hard uncooked kernel of rice in my bowl that hurts my tooth. Or if it's not undercooked, it's way overcooked and again hard as a rock. I'm not talking one or two kernels either, every spoonful has 3 or 4 like this. Not too mention the quality of chicken is very poor.All this while charging 20 dollars for a bowl?Cmon - please cook the rice properly! You overcharge and skimp on the good ingredients and yet you are consistently ruining the rice in the bowl, the cheapest and easiest thing to get right? Unbelievable. What am I supposed to do with this inedible bowl of hard rice? Am I gonna walk back and ask for a refund? It's ridiculous.I'm not coming back to this location, I gave it many tries.

I ordered the market salad to go with Steak and they forgot the steak. So over charged me essentially. Make sure to double check your order before your leave this place.

Something's different since the last few months. Salad sizes are getting smaller, ingredients feel like they are being rationed, and dressing is non-existent. "Extra" chicken is a joke. Really disappointed overall.
