Been ordering from Gabby’s via Ubereats for a few years and never had an issue.Today I had an issue with the Uber delivery as the courier forgot to pick up the second bag. They refused to go back for it and I was willing to just let it go.The restaurant had the great idea to make a small order and give the next courier my forgotten order. They even gave me a refund on the 2nd order along with some cheesecakes. They didn’t have to but really exceptional service!

My recent encounter with Gabby’s through UberEats left much to be desired. Despite ordering two burger combos, the experience was marred by the appalling quality of the beef patties. Upon unwrapping the packages, it was evident that both patties were severely burnt, imparting a strong taste of charcoal that overshadowed any other flavor.The most disappointing aspect of this experience was the apparent lack of quality control. It’s disheartening to receive such subpar food, especially when ordering from a reputable establishment like Gabby’s. Burnt food not only ruins the taste but also poses health concerns.In situations like this, it’s imperative for restaurants to prioritize customer satisfaction and uphold food standards. Seeing burnt patties should have prompted immediate action to remake the order rather than serving it to customers. Such negligence reflects poorly on Gabby’s commitment to delivering quality food.Overall, my experience with Gabby’s via UberEats was marred by the unacceptable quality of the food received. It’s my hope that Gabby’s takes this feedback constructively and implements measures to ensure that such instances do not recur in the future. Customers deserve better, and it’s imperative for Gabby’s to uphold the standards they advertise.

***Awesome place to enjoy with your favorite gang***I wanted to express my satisfaction with the fantastic birthday celebration hosted at this location. The attentive staff, the DJ who entertained us with a karaoke session and vibrant atmosphere made it an unforgettable experience.Also special thanks to Krishan, who as the manager went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly.I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a top-notch venue for events or a place to step in for a casual drink. The drink was ok but the server was just… not into us lol from the beginning she was not polite at the table and then was just plain rude when we asked for separated bills (we were only 5 and 2 couples asked for bills together, which means 3 bills) it’s a Friday night so the karaoke was great but service was just bad. She took the longest time to check on the table too. Would not go back.

The food took an hour and a half but all that was ordered was mozzarella sticks and nachos. I can make nachos at home in 5 minutes. The server up sold us on adding beef, telling us it was the way to go, and then it took so long to get. Very unfortunate.

A casual place to lean back, relax, and have a good time with buddies. Sometimes a fancier bar just won’t do after a long day, and Gabby’s alway has patrons happy and willing to chat and make friends. The staff are as equally laid back and affectionate. Special shout out to Sarah for always making me feel as welcome and invited as a cast member in Cheers
