I ordered two pizzas onlinefor a specific pick up for my partner to grab on their way home from work to bring to an event. Upon arrival to pick up the piece my partner showed the staff the order confirmation and they proceeded to yell at them until my partner called me in tears stating the staff were yelling, and screaming at her that they don’t take online orders even though i clearly had a full confirmation email. They then proceed to ban her even though the staffed yelled so aggressively at them they left in tears. never go here and by all means don’t even think about ordering online because even though the website and platform exists they ‘don’t take online orders’ - an addition… i would love a productive response to this review from your team rather than taking absolutely taking no accountability for any mistakes you have made and no twisting the truth please and thank you and please stop blaming your customers (the ppl who keep you having your job) for your mistakes.

At the time of calling, they were very friendly but when the order arrived the chicken was damaged, rotten, I called to complain and the people were rude, very bad service, I asked for my money back and they robbed me, according to them, it is not their fault, someone could get poisoned from that chicken and it's not their fault. They don't care for safety, they don't buy in this store, totally disgusting. the smell is disgusting

I called to inquire about the status of delivery as it was taking too long and was informed that the ordering system sent the order to their store when it should not have because my address is too far. I informed him that I’m around the corner that the online system was right. Listen, mistakes happen and it’s all good but whoever I spoke to tried to gaslight me into thinking they did not make a mistake and tried to say his gps even shows I’m 45+ mins away. I confirmed he had the right address and could not understand the reason to lie. Just own up to whatever mistake was made and move on.

I was somewhat surprised to come across sensitive reviews before placing my order, as my own experience with Gino's was nothing but positive! Compared to other franchises, like pizza pizza, I love how Ginos add extra cheese and their slices are so much bigger for just 4$.I highly recommend Gino's and will undoubtedly be a returning customer. ordered the standard cheese for kiddos which waa super bland and drygarlic bread fingers were a hit..ironically free with the orderi ordered a custom white pizza which was supposed to be with garlic spread...toppings were super sparse and again pizza was dry...tough sell for a next order !
