Goûter sounds quite promising since it’s a French word. Unfortunately it doesn’t represent food quality at all.- The quiche was hard and burnt. I threw away almost the whole one.- their goods are not freshly baked daily. If you order on Sunday morning delivery, they’ll give you yesterdays pastries. They were obviously not baked in the morning.- ice cream they make is good one, stuff is niceThough I wouldn’t go to Goûter anymore, it doesn’t worth it. They have to impose on their quality and standards

They have the most delicious pastries and other goodies! Gouter's croissants are the best I've ever had, and I lived in France for a while!

Amazing breads and pastries. As good as if not better than any pastries we've had in Montreal, Ottawa and other cities.

Authentic French pastry; flaky, buttery, not too sweet- I brought one for my hubby- he said it was the best thing he ever ate!!

Most goods contain almond flour. I was unable to try anything as my household is allergic. I was grateful the servers were very open and quickly disclosed nuts content.

My only problem is that they do not have a regular west-west location, I have to wait for the Etobicoke farmer's market to get the fresh deliciousness they make to avoid a trek.. seriously this is my only complaint haha

Why why do I live so far from both locations! I wait every year for them to pop up at my farmer's market. Everything here is good and I mean everything! The Krack aman I mean Kouign Aman is one of the best ever. I love that they offer forzen options so I can bake them fresh at home too. I can get behind this brand because they are committed to zero waste and are not playing around when it comes to quality. Only area where it can improve is the online ordering system. Seems like there is always one thing or the other that won't allow me to check out online but never fear, a quick phone call to the store means you can place an order just the same way. The owner is passionate about his craft as I creep their IG and if you want to enjoy a piece of french viennoiseries, you will not be disappointed!!!

We got some treats for Valentine's Day, including donuts, chocolate, butter tarts, and ice cream. The donut flavours were really interesting and yummy, and we liked the butter tarts too! Looking forward to trying the croissants and other pastries at future visits!

Beautiful croissants. To make things easier order the frozen ones AND make them at home!

They have the best kougin amann in Toronto as well as the most filled double baked chocolate almond croissant you’ve ever had. Their pastries are fantastic .... like their weekly cruffin! Their cookies and gelato is amazing too. Gouter’s chocolate skills are amazing, perfectly even chocolate eggs for smashing made with great quality chocolate. If you think you’ve had them before, it’s because you probably have....they supply to many cafes in and around Toronto.Seriously this bakery donates bread, pastries and soup to charity weekly and that warms my heart.Head over to this location or find them in farmer’s markets throughout the summer till fall! Support your local businesses...especially the ones that try to support others during this trying time.
