Place was closed an hour earlier than showed on the profile. When I came in there was a guy inside but he didn't open the door to let me in. Wasted time getting there. Can't comment on the product itself but they should work in the customer service.

I used to love coming here but it’s changed a lot lately. The staff used to be super knowledgeable and friendly - now I feel like they’re pretty rude and would rather I don’t purchase anything at all. Even if they’re open they often say the smoothie bar is closed. Also the POS system has issues usually. It’s just a weird contrast with the items all being expensive and good quality.

Commuted all the way for a smoothie, arrived 10 minutes before closing, and was told they had already cleaned up and smoothies would not be served. Why bother to even stay open?

I did not visit this location but ordered online from the Black Friday sale. My juices came extremely quickly and I was pleasantly surprised with the delivery right to my apartment door not at the concierge desk. The juices are delicious and have great ingredients. Most if not all of the juices are vegetable forward so you are not drinking a lot of fruit with high sugar content. I do feel like they are worth the price. I also like the new “shots”/“boosters” they have introduced that are specifically targeted towards mood, digestion, energy etc. My only suggestion would be to include more ice packs while shipping as the 1 long ice pack didn’t keep the juices sufficiently cool.

Great concept but the drinks are not as tasty as I hoped that they would be. They are just pricy. Greenhouse is a local Toronto brand. I picked up the blue lemonade $3.95 for 300ml and the Coffee Shake $7.95 for 300 ml. I got the Coffee Shake for my partner and he said it was very gross. The Blue Lemonade was bland. It was not bad but it definitely needed sugar or something to sweeten or add more taste to it. I know that these are heathy drinks but sometimes healthy drinks can be tasty too.
