Delicious ramen place. Very busy especially at night, expect a 30min wait if not reserved. Waiter was nice enough to split our group to accommodate everyone. Egg comes separately but broth is tasty. Noodles were a bit undercooked since I like mine softer. 8/10

My 2nd experience at Santouka but at a different branch. Just as amazing as the first time I've had the ramen here and taste hasn't differed between branches.

Small venue but quick table turnaround, super friendly staff. The quality of the Ramen is top shelf! Try the White Curry Ramen before it’s gone.

Had the shio ramen with an egg and would absolutely recommend it to anyone. The broth was both creamy and salty without being overwhelming and the egg was nicely soft boiled and melted over the curly noodles. Very impressed with the taste!

My favourite ramen place and I’m so glad that they’ve survived through COVID and various constructions around the area. The seating arrangement is definitely not the best as you will be sat among everyone. They might as well as make it bench or shared seating as the constant shuffling of the tables is probably the only negative here. The service is not top tier where you do have to ask for water and bill as they servers are not really watching the tables but the food never disappoints. I recommend their Kara miso ramen and if you are hungry, get the large with more noodles in them.

Pork jowl is the best and very unique ramen meat/product.Great attention to detail for a fantastic bowl of ramen - standards have been maintained excellently over the years. i.e.) noodle hardness, saltiness and level of lard must be specified.Great broth.

The ramen is ok, but the dumplings are not good. I think it tasted better when the store just opened.

Good food! It was crowded inside and some waiting out in a lineup despite the cold but great place to stop by near the dundas area for when you’re craving ramen.

As biased as this may sound, this particular place is, objectively, the best ramen restaurant in Toronto. The food is superior to the plethora of other ramen locations I’ve had the pleasure of sampling across the world, and the service is friendly, succinct, and attentive. It is unsurprisingly that this location had been awarded a Michelin Star, and I’m quite pleased to see the place thriving despite the limitations it had endured throughout the pandemic. I will most definitely be recommending this restaurant to every person I know.

Their quality of food and service have been well kept.Even with the lineup outside in the cold, it's worth it.Combines are well worth it. MUST TRY.

Some of the best ramen in Toronto!! Definitely recommend. Servers are super nice and patient. Portion is great, I order the miso ramen and gyoza I believe. Taste is awesome, on the saltier side, but that’s how I enjoy it(I also don’t eat green onions so I had them removed). Small cute area, first come first serve. A bit pricey but worth it! :)

Great Ramen place with very reasonable price. We had a Shio Ramen, a Kara Miso Ramen and a Combo Ramen. The taste were better than we expected. We ate at a lot of Ramen places (USA & Japan) and this place came very close to Japan. We know that Ramen soup are salty so we asked for our Ramen to be less salty and they did a good job with it. Our Ramen came out less salty that really fit our liking. So ask them to make the soup less salty if you like. They also have vegetarian Ramen as an option. They have 3 sizes bowl you can choose from. The price are very cheap compared to a lot of place we went. We also have the Taro ice-cream that tasted very good. The sidewalk in front of the restaurant is under construction, so it doesn’t looks good. A public parking located right next to the restaurant but very expensive compared to pay street parking for $6.25 per hour.

Great service, fantastic soul food. Must visit.Unfortunate that the construction kills the looks/atmosphere around. But a great place overall.

It was just okay. Portion is a bit small for the price. It was a bit hard to get the waitress' attention even tho it was not too busy. I would not come back but I do recommend people to come try if maybe it'll be better in the future.
