Worst KFC i have ever been to. They made me wait 25 mins for a big crunch and i was expecting a fresh sandwich after that, . But i got a cold and stale big crunch. The lady named vasta or some similar name wearing a kfc uniform was very rude and disrespectful when i asked how much more time its gonna take. Later some other employee named naman came to counter and helped me. Thats the only reason i am giving 2 stars. Otherwise this kfc doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Yikes. I visited today to pick up an item for a senior neighbour, they really like KFC. When I went in. The individual working had taken an order. I was behind that person. I walked up and he walked away. Didn’t say a word and went to the back. When he came back he didn’t acknowledge me and I said “I’d like to place an order.” He ignored me and went back to fussing with bags at the window. No acknowledgement, no anything. Then when I said it again. He gave me a dirty look. I decided then to leave. I don’t give money to restaurants that hire people who can’t even at least be friendly. On that note it’s decent to say “Thank You.” When a customer orders, the customer ahead of me didn’t get a thank you or even a greeting. Bad customer service is one thing. This was just some kid who may be misunderstood in thinking he’s being paid to stand around and dish out dirty looks, bad manners. Crummy. .

On February 18th, 2023, at approximately 6:00 PM, I had an unpleasant experience with a staff member who exhibited rude and impolite behavior. It is recommended that the staff receive additional training to ensure a more courteous and friendly demeanor towards customers.Additionally, the cleanliness of the tables should be improved by implementing a regular cleaning schedule, perhaps every hour, to maintain a tidy and inviting environment for customers.While the food was satisfactory, the machine drinks are not recommended.

Just arrived home with my order which I was not a happy camper! I ordered 6 piece's of chicken, Macaroni Salad & gravyNo Fries like I "told" the girl. She put a large fries in the bag, No Macaroni Salad =( I live several blocks away and just got off the Go Train from Oshawa so was not wanting to walk all the way back!!! I paid by Interact (she gave no receipt)I would appreciate a free order getting the same order I was supposed to get in the first place =]Linda

Nice location, food came out fast and fresh. Just wish they had a better parking the lot super small get filled easily. Also had some bugs flying around which isn't fun when you're trying to eat .
