I placed an mobile order and the order takes forever (30 mins) while i was waiting for my order one of the customers had a messed up order and another that got dirt when getting ice for his drink. All you will see here if you order from this location is people waiting in line for 25 mins and another 25 mins for their foods. It’s like only one person works at this whole location cause he keeps running to the back and back to cash and back to the back.

The small branch was pleasantly quiet, which we appreciated as our orders were promptly fulfilled. Our experience with friends was enjoyable, devoid of distractions. The cleanliness and tidiness of the restroom were particularly noteworthy, a factor of importance to me.

Ordered two meals using the KFC app that came with 3 popcorn chicken orders. Went in to pick it up and was told they were out of popcorn chicken and they will give us 2 chicken fingers to make up for it… in a rush so we didn’t argue. Such a rip off to have 3 items cancelled and give us 2 tiny chicken finger strips instead. No apologies and the strips tasted awful. Never eating at KFC again

I just ordered 2 spicy famous chicken chicken sandwiches from this KFC for dinner with my wife. So disappointed. Service was pleasant and fast as an Uber order, but pray tell; what is this??? Not consistent quality at all. This is burnt, dried out and tasteless. Trying to call and the number is out of service to boot. The one thing I was like oking forward to this evening.. yuck! ?

I placed a delivery order through their website (not uber eats), after waited for almost 2 hours, an Uber eats driver called me and said he was arrived at a location that I was not familiar with, he said that either Uber eats or KFC website gave him the wrong address, final I didn’t get the order but the driver set it as delivered! After that I went to the store directly and talked to the person at the front, he was very rude, he refused to offer any refund or food replacement, he didn’t even has patience to listen to my experience. No wonder their ratings are low, be aware.

Ordered online 45 minutes before the restaurant closed. I was contacted 30 minutes later by a "suspected spam caller." I answered when they called a second time a few minutes later and they informed me the store was out of both the festive sandwich and popcorn chicken I ordered. No problem, I agreed to a substitution with no complaints. Then they called back saying the store is now closed and they can't fulfil my order. I did recieve a credit but still, don't offer items you don't have available or reach out asap if there's an issue with an order. Very disappointing.

TERRIBLE location in terms of operations.Multiple times I have had my pickup orders cancelled, without notice, because they either decided to close early or didn’t have my specific item in stock. There was no attempt to reach me or let me know about this prior to my arrival. Furthermore, there was never any following compensation, regardless of promises to do so.
