Was there about a couple of months ago, ordered food from Taco Bell's menu. Two of us decided to eat there. About four to five tables were busy and the rest of them were dirty couldn't find a clean table where we could sit and ate. My friend went to the counter to ask them if they clean one table but was given a couple of napkins to clean the table. Very rude.

The food here is disgusting and the service is horrible. Worst of all my ice tasted horrible I had to pay 25 cents to add 3 ice cubes that tasted awful I took a picture of the inside to show why it did but it wouldn’t let me post it all I can say is it looked like barf ?♀️ after taking a picture they called mall security for taking a picture of their store and we got kicked out never come here!!!

Ordered 2 chicken combo's, from a very rude, not happy to be working person at the KFC Dufferin mall food court. I'm so sick of dealing with people that don't like there jobs, not even a smile just a big frown and attitude when speaking. I asked if instead of the 2 drinks if I could get 2 small gravies instead. She said no with attitude of course. I've been at other KFC's before and they've always accommodated. Why would they, drink is more expensive then a small gravy. Payed for the 2 small gravies and told her I don't want the drinks. Got home realized she still charged me for the drinks. Her name was Manduke, at least that's what she said, cause I asked her her name so I could say "I hope you have a good day". Then opened up my sandwiches and say the buns have dirt or printing on them and lettuce was all wilting. Ended up just throwing everything out. Horrible experience in every way. Won't be going to KFC anymore, at least not that one.

I ordered some food for delivery and the food never came. Support was useless and kept trying to direct me to contact the store. They refuse to answer the phone. Don't waste your time and money with this company. They won't fix your issues with your experience because they are too desperate to take your money and move on.

Aside from my dips not being delivered, which really did impact my ability to enjoy my chicken fingers and popcorn chicken, the food was fine. I got to the bottom and noticed a staple in my food; I'm lucky it didn't stick to my chicken or fries as it looked like it could have caused some damage if swallowed.I miss this KFC having a Taco Bell as its roommate, can't wait to get back down south of the border.
Food - portion size compared to Popeyes (their main competition), is extremely lack lustre price wise. The taste also is not worth the pricing nor portions.Overall completely dissatisfied with the pricing and portion.

I visited on Dec 5, 2023 at around 8 PM and my food was made fresh to order. I ordered two Tuesday specials and I never tasted KFC that good before. The cook deserves recognition for thier work. This location should be the training store and the staff was friendly also. The restaurant was presentable when I visited. Keep up the good work!

Agh. Disgusting restaurant. Smells awful, gross washrooms. Outdated and the staff have very basic English. nine bucks for a small popcorn chicken -overpriced and on top of that, when you pay by debit it the machine automatically asks for a tip. Seriously?!
