Cool concept, but it fails to amalgamate quality eats into one kitchen. You're better off visiting the actual restaurants like WVRST for a proper experience. The place was quiet but service was painfully slow as a walk-in (+25m), just to have to dress my own sausage from to-go containers. Looks like their high rating is propped up by a lot of folks with only 1-2 Google reviews that know the owner.
