Overall, I had a great experience. It was my first time coming here. The chicken nachos was definitely the highlight of my experience there. The taco and toastsada I got was moderately decent, nothing too special. The spicy margarita I had was also good. Great atmosphere, I went on a Saturday night, and it was decently packed, and they had good music. The food came out pretty fast. I'll definitely be trying this spot again!Dietary restrictions: I'm allergic to shrimp, I asked one of my waiters to find out if the oil was used for various things, including shrimp before punching in my order. He never got back to me about it at all but I was fine anyhow.

Mexican dishes being one of my most favorite dishes I am quite picky and this restaurant pleasantly surprised me with taste, quality and prices. Tried two tacos and both were delicious but the best was the short rib nachos which was daily special. Huge portion size for decent price, despite being full couldn't stop eating. Service was also great. Highly recommend for lunch and drinks.

Initially, placing the order was a challenge, mixed messages and confusion, but once I got to speak to Pat, everything went smoothly and with ease! Thank you to Pat for making the dinner portion of our company function seamless and enjoyable. Everyone enjoyed their meals!

The Tacos at La Carnita were good, but the price of the food at this restaurant is absurd. Paying $8.50 for a single 3-bite Taco is crazy. We had 6 Tacos and ended up paying $65, and we were still hungry. In my opinion, it just isn’t worth it at this price point. Here are images of the menu from April 2024 since they don’t post the prices on their website.

Went to the John location with my girlfriend after the baseball game on a Friday evening. The place was decently busy but we could see many open tables on the ground level. We were waiting for 10 minutes for a table (along with another couple who was standing there prior to us arriving), only to be seated at an open, clean table on the ground floor, that was open the whole time. We sat at the table and waiting for slightly over 10 minutes for someone to even greet us, even though there were plenty of servers and food runners congregated by the pos screen on the main floor. Finally our server came over and took the order without writing it down. A few minutes later she came back to confirm the order because she couldn’t remember what tacos I had ordered. The food came out quickly but I was overly complicated and salty. On top of everything else the order came out wrong (wrong tacos and plated to the wrong person) and I couldn’t get a hold of the server to correct the issue. She also didn’t check in once and multiple times she was standing over by the side of the bar on her phone. The entire place was in disarray and seemed a little disorganized to me. When I finally got my server just so I could pay the bill, she hovered me as I was making the tip selection. Obviously the standards are set quite low by the management and that results in a unsatisfactory visit for customers. Do better

La Carnita is an absolute vibe.I have been here a few times and it has always been an amazing evening.Tunes are always popping and credits to whoever makes the playlists, because they never fail to impress.Food is lovely as well and the sheer variety means that you will never fail to find something to suit your taste.I absolutely loved the short ribs, the fried chicken taco and there was one more.Problem is, the tequila does not help in remembering the last one.Our server was A1, made sure nothing was an issue, thanks brother ??Left, well rolled out, more than satisfied & merry as hell .Vegetarian options: Loads of vegetarian options, there is no way you will not find anything that you like or can eat.Parking: You have to pay for parking in surrounding roads or in a parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Does get a bit loud. So would check to see when the music gets ramped up.As there is no way the level of decibels are good for children.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to allow easy access into the premises.

The food was fantastic. My wife and I shared 8 tacos and liked them all. I enjoyed the 'In Cod We Trust' the most and my wife liked the 'Mexican Chorizo'. My only complaint would be that the music is a bit loud. We will be going back
