Best experience today! The person working was so kind, patient, and thoughtful. I came in for donuts and he took his time to explain the toppings, dips, and his recommendations. He was thorough and you can tell he cares. I paid before he made the donuts and when they were done, he still told me to take a look before he sealed the box to see what I thought. So sweet! After, he ran across the street to our car because he saw our dog and wanted to give him special lactose free ice-cream. It made our day!!! Our dog LOVED the treat and we enjoyed our donuts :). They tasted great and looked beautiful. First time here and won’t be the last. What a kind soul!

I wish people who work there had some sort of time sense. There were preparing an order and was ensuring me to take 6/7 minutes. After waiting for exactly 28 minutes when I asked to check how long is it going to take, one of them started getting aggressive saying that you can cancel it if you don’t want it. Great job man!
Hands down the best ever softy at The Beaches. Taste+Quantity per dollar?. I frequently opt for the scrumptious Chef's cake choice for delivery. I love the surprise factor in it. Never been disappointed. The cakes are always fresh. Also the choco lava cake is yum. If you take a stroll down Queen st. east do visit in person for the best softies. Again, softies and cakes ? for now. Will try more!
I picked up an ice cream cake here and there were sharp plastic pieces sprinkled throughout due to the very poorly trimmed plastic liner that they put around the cake wall. Attempts to contact the store went unanswered.

You will get my latest updates.The place looks historic and does show its age.Their ice-cream are great except they only offer vanilla.Their dips are diversified and can be extremely decadent.I do prefer the ice cream alone without those rich loaded with guilt dips. They are delicious

Server was named Hithart,we got to the door with minutes to spare,he warned us of the freshly mopped floors,be careful,,,such choices,,whole time he made us take out time,decided on coco la folie and a strawberry milkshake, tasted awesome,,,thank u again

I came here with my friends today, while visiting from England. I mentioned to the man behind the counter, who was so kind, that I have a nut allergy. It was not a problem and I had an amazing soft serve ice cream, dipped in chocolate. I’ll definitely be back!
