Worst pizza ever! My family ordered it and about an hour after eating we all had sore stomach’s for days. Won’t be back.

Service is fast and efficient. I normally just order from their app, and in few minutes, order is ready and you can pick it up from their self serving machine - this is the best part! You just pick it up from the machine and you don't even have to interact with any staff if you are in a hurry. Lots of choices and we really like this place. Glad that they opened a place in our neighbourhood.

It’s only a bit better than freezer pizza, maybe worthwhile if you need the hot & ready medium pep. I thought the crazy bread was a little underbaked.

On Oct.10 I ordered a pizza/Crazy bread for delivery on the Little Caesars app. After I ordered I noticed on the app it said my order was for "Pick up". I called the location and they told me that my order would be delivered. A hour goes by and no pizza was delivered. I called the location back and they said there were no drivers so I had to contact Door Dash to get a refund. I called Door Dash and they had no record of an order. I contacted the location back and they said I could not get a refund. It was really bad customer service to say the least.

We ordered pizza for our family and my kids were half way through their slice and they were not interested which is super rare, I look at the kids pizza and it's undercooked with gooey dough. We took it back to the restaurant and they said their shift had changed therefore they could not issue us a refund. Terrible service and terrible pizza. So sad, they could have been our go to pizza spot because we are so close.

I've never heard of a pizza place that doesn't pick up their phone. I've called 5 times on 5 separate occasions and they have never picked up.

I haven’t been to Little Caesar’s in years. I used to love it when I was in university but there were never many around the past few years. I was so excited when one opened not too far from where I live. I ordered the usual pepperoni pizza and crazy bread. The pizza was as expected. However, the crazy bread was so salty and had so much Parmesan on it. I used to love the crazy bread. I don’t know if the company has changed the general recipe, or it is just this specific chain, or even just a new person fulfilling the order last night but the sticks were basically coated in Parmesan. I know that they always had a lot of garlic butter and Parmesan on them but this was way over the top. I had to wipe them off before even being able to eat them and still because of all of the Parmesan cheese/garlic salt mix they were so salty. I don’t know if I am not remembering them correctly but I know they used to be my favourite pizza bread sticks, so this was a bit of a disappointment.

I'm not sure why I paid $40 for a medium pizza and crazy bread... it certainly was not worth that price! I asked for bacon and instead got something that seemed like ground pork, the dough on the bottom of the slices was so thin that the pizza wouldn't hold at all so basically I had a to eat a tossed pizza salad with some crust as a side (not exactly finger food) ? Most of the crazy bread was finger length which I know isn't normal as I used to go to an other Little Cesar's location and they should be a lot longer. Idk what your struggle is here empolyees of Little Cesar's, but I won't be back!! ?
It was nice experience with this location. I most of the time vist this location ,the girl working (Priyanka) is so cooperative and hardworking. She deals with the customer in a polite way .

The pizza maker just came out from the back to restock the refrigerator. And she was told classic cheese pizza needed. And the pizza maker went straight to the back “DID NOT WASH HER HANDS “ ! And started building the pizza. Had to ask if she was not going to wash hands! At which time she went and raised.Isn’t that Nasty?As the chef, what about, HEALTH AND SAFETY!
