Our small group had the pleasure of being invited by the owner for a small tasting menu. All of us were very impressed with the quality and presentation of the cuisine whilst keeping food restrictions top of mind for the select few. The service was on point, the employees were efficient.Lucie's decor is visually stunning yet comfortable. It's clear that Yoann the General Manager and Yannick the Owner have a very strong passion for providing every guest with a warm and hospitable environment to dine in.

Wonderful experience from welcoming to leaving. Lucie is able to marry a Michelin-like cuisine with a down-to-earth authentic and friendly yet excellent service. Fantastic wine menu and a knowledgeable sommeliere who makes excellent recommendations. If you are looking for a fine dining experience without snobiness, Lucie is your place.

LOVED not only the food but the whole exceptional, fine French dining experience. My partner booked this restaurant for my birthday. We were discussing on whether we should go for Table d'Hôte (multi-course meals with only a few choices, $130) or Tasting Menu ($220 with more choices) for a few days (!) and we decided on Table d'Hote as we were interested in their cocktails (they were exceptional as well!) and wines besides the food. Also, we joked that, if we were younger - we would go for the Tasting Menu plus whatever the drinks we want - we know our stomach is not as big as a decade ago lol. We were right - SUPER satisfied with everything - food, drinks and services - the whole experience! After we ordered, enjoying the cocktails (Lucie Royale & Emotion Noire - both excellent, esp liked Emotion Noire), we were greeted by the chef. The following appetizers (not in the menu) were brought to the table before the actual course started. - Canapés (Rabbit confit) - Amuse-bouche (Buckwheat based soup with smoky bacon and roasted almond with egg croutons - OMG) - Les Entrées (Jelly with crab meat, formed cheese on top with caviar) - A wheel of Parmigiano snack Then the Table d'Hôte course started - Our choices are the following. # Les Entrées - Le Foie Gras : It came in the form of Terrine with a distinct flavor of truffle. Came with a brioche. - Le Boeuf : Tasty and enjoyable. The taste of fresh beef is enhanced by a hint of smoked seafood flavor. LOVED it. # Les Plats - Le Homard (Whole Nova Scotia lobster, confit potato, Comté cheese Armagnac and arabica sauce). I enjoyed the sauce that is condensed with lobster, brandy and a hint of coffee taste. - L'Agneau (Provencal Roasted Ontario lamb rack, green olive cream, Chickpea, reduction jus). Super tender, came in with different parts of lamb. # Les Desserts - Le Citron - Le Café Moka All the food had innovative and perfect combination of taste, flavor and textures, which not only hits the 5 senses of tastes, but stimulates visual sensation as well - all the presentations were meticulously artistic. At the end, we were served with a complimentary dessert for me, a birthday gal (lol) - marshmallows and chocolate - upscale version of smore - and a lovely birthday card! The gentleman who attended our table was entertaining and friendly. The sommelier was knowledgeable and her suggestion was to the point. Food was served well timed. One of the best dining experiences that I ever had. Thank you!

Exceptional dinner last night at Lucie, service was attentive but not overly so. Tasting menu was well balanced and featured some great twists on the classics. The standout was the wine pairing and the obvious passion of Morgan the Somm, a real credit to Lucie and I imagine is going to do wonderful things with the wine there!Oh and if you are lucky enough you might get some exclusive table side poetry.

What an incredible fine dining experience in Toronto! The service and food were both phenomenal. The menu selection that the chef created was delectable and wine pairings for each course were very complimentary. The staff were attentive, just the right amount, but ensured that from the beginning until the end of the service experience our needs were being not only met, but surpassed. I highly recommend it!!!

I went back to Lucie for lunch with a friend. Good Hospitality (accueil) by the hosts. We chose the set lunch menu and did not regret it. I recommend in particular the Lamb (for its delicious sauce) which I matched with a Cahors! Attentive and friendly service, good atmosphere, excellent food. We enjoyed Lucie and will be back!

One of the best place in Toronto for French cuisine. Love the service and food is exceptional. Quill and lamb are noteworthy, chef has done an outstanding work and when we see the plats, they are like panting you won’t to mess around. But thank you so much for the experience. And we see a new addition in Micheline guide.

The service and atmosphere were pretty good, extremely attentive waiters, although at times felt that they tried “too hard”. The waiter scoffed at our order when we asked for the salmon appetizer, and he said that he could make salmon any day, and recommended the foie gras.Otherwise, the food was extremely salty. The rabbit amuse bouche tasted stale, the soup was like drinking salt water, and the bisque on the shrimp was also extremely salty and thick. Overpowered a lot of other flavors. Unfortunately, the scallops were a bit overcooked and rubbery, and the lamb was quite chewy with a gamey taste.

Lucie exceeded all my expectations and provided an unparalleled dining experience. From the moment I stepped in, the tasteful and elegant decor made me feel both welcomed and pampered. The staff at Lucie went above and beyond. Their impeccable knowledge and attentiveness made me feel like the most important diner without being overbearing. To my surprise, the owner himself took the time to introduce himself and personally express his gratitude for choosing their restaurant, which added a special touch to the evening. The food: Every dish was a work of art that tantalised not only the taste buds but also the eyes. Each plate was visually stunning, building up anticipation before the first bite. And when I did take that bite, the explosion of flavours was absolutely delightful. I especially appreciated their thoughtfulness in offering a generous selection of bread to accompany the meal, encouraging guests to savour every last bit of sauce on their plates. It demonstrated their commitment to ensuring that every morsel of food was enjoyed to the fullest, without any hint of pretentiousness.Overall, this dining experience at Lucie surpassed all others and will forever remain in my memory. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone as a must-visit establishment.
