We booked this restaurant at the end of March as a Mother’s Day surprise for our mom. We drove 2 hours to dine here and from the moment we stepped into the restaurant we were treated very poorly. The host running the tablet and phone seated us on the patio with no heat- I showed him that I booked standard seating and his response was “well the system put you out here so, nothing I can do about that” and the restaurant inside was empty. We then asked him to turn the heat on since we essentially were told we had to stay seated outside, he rolled his eyes at us. Our server, Fahim, was phenomenal. He made sure the heat was turned on after we asked several times, even when the host told us it was on though it wasn’t. He suggested great dishes and kept the drinks coming! Despite freezing the whole time at dinner on the patio and absolutely no entertainment like they advertise (which is why we originally booked dinner here), we enjoyed the food very much. Unfortunately, the customer service at this location is abundantly poor and the attitude of one employee was able to set the tone for the night. Would recommend this place solely for the food, but will absolutely not be returning due to lack of respect especially for the price that we paid.

The atmosphere was great, however, don't go if you're hungry. We got the platter for $120 and probably needed 2 orders of these. Margaritas are overly expensive and the food isn't filling. For $120 I expect at least 12 tacos on the platter.Also, the entertainment is annoying because you feel obligated to tip them.Vegetarian options: Mushroom and cauliflower taco options.Parking: Parking on the street if you can find it and if you have to pay. Make sure you lock your car.

The food is horrible, they left everything cold for us, I would never go back for food. And much less about the place, it is hidden and the advertising is false, I didn't see anything of the shows that are supposed to be in the "restaurant"

I had one of the worse experiences and that was my first and last time to visit this placeWe were hoping to enjoy Mexican food with the band playing music which was the main reason for us choosing this placeme and my family booked table for 4 we got the worse table outside at the patio side, we end up paying 300+ for bad food and cold that was not even enough to fill our belly’s and we didn’t even watch the band since they were inside entertaining the inside ppl and forgetting that we payed money and wasted our valuable timeThe manager was rude and not helpful at all and as our first time customers he didn’t even care to leave a good impression and insisted of saying the tables inside are booked and in fact until we left at 11pm the tables where still empty inside …. The only positive thing I will say is the waitress he was kind and he felt that we got bad service and bad food for a lot of money …. I could have went to better place paying this money and feeling satisfied at least not leaving hungry ??I would never recommend this place for anyone
It was an amazing experience! The service was great and the food was so taste! We ordered tacos and nachos! I would recommend 100%! You will have fun while eating. Such a wonderful atmosphere.

Misleading marketing, it seemed like a good place to spend the afternoon, or celebrate a birthday but I would not go to this place again, the food is usually good but the service is too lacking, I would not recommend this place, I had a very bad impression.?

First time, What awful service. Me and my friends were spoken to very rudely (April 27th, 9:45 reso).They screwed up our bills for the table several times, we left well after 12am because they couldnt get it right.We complained to sort the bills properly and that we needed to leave and had somewhere to be!! The lady staff member working gave us uncalled attitude for speaking out, which was absolutely unprofessional and left us all upset. We were there too long and our saturday night was wasted and we legit left in a bad vibe?Madre De Lobo, how can you speak to your new costumers like that, especially the first visit? I don’t have a good enough reason to return! They wasted our time and my friends all left upset because of the waitress’s unprofessionalism and attitude. Very unfortunate as the food and drinks were absolutely delicious, and a great vibe in the restaurant! However dissapointing to say the least.
