One of the bartenders were cool. But there was one beard guy that was pushing us out because he thought we didn’t tip because he “heard from a staff”. When does 16% is not “tip enough”/ He was disrespectful to me and my friend several times, who visited Toronto for the first time, while the other ones were chill about the situation (which I appreciate. I’m so sorry to say this, but, Mahjong Bar is not something I would come again :( (sorry cool dude bartender, your colleague brought you down)

However, beware because this bar turns into a barclub in the latter half of the night.I highly recommend their espresso martini. Their espresso martini tastes smooth, velvety, and almost chocolate-like. Highly recommend.The staff were also kind and accommodating.

I'd say right now it's my favourite Asian-fusion everyday restaurant / bar in the city. Staff is super accommodating and nice. And the food is great. Great spot for affordable, delicious small plates. The best part about this place is the unique cocktails. Will be back!
