Absolutely disgusting experience. Our order was wrong, the food was overcooked and the service very poor. We decided not to tip and the waitress got angry with us and threatened saying the restaurant was going to discount it from her salary. We tried to reach out to the customer service team by email and instagram and they never replied. DONT GO TO MARBL.

I can’t believe how horrible the service is at this place. We didn’t even get to try the food, due to the fact that the service was so horrible, that we left.We were a party of 3. When we were seated there were only two other tables seated, so not busy whatsoever. There were actually more staff than patrons. After we were seated, we sat there for 10 minutes and not one single person greeted us or even asked us if we wanted water. We were completely ignored by the 7 different people who walked right past our table. After deciding that they clearly do not deserve our business, so we are going to leave, we asked to speak to the manager first. We told him why we were leaving and explained how many people walked past us and we still don’t even have water. The manager did not care. He was not remorseful, have any empathy and in fact, he was one of the people who ignored us early. So we left and went across the street to a place called Pink Sky and received amazing service!

Our recent visit to Marbl left much to be desired, primarily due to the abysmal management and lackluster dining experience.Upon entering the restaurant, we were immediately struck by the elegant ambiance and upscale decor. However, any hopes of a memorable dining experience were quickly dashed by the incompetence of the manager. Not only did we experience subpar food—overpriced, tasteless, and served cold—but we also witnessed firsthand the appalling behavior of the manager towards an elderly couple. The couple, clearly dissatisfied with their meal, attempted to voice their concerns to the manager, only to be met with disdain and condescension.Instead of addressing their legitimate grievances with empathy and professionalism, the manager spoke down to them, dismissing their concerns and displaying a shocking lack of respect. It was a disgraceful display of customer service that left us feeling disgusted and disillusioned. This couple did not deserve it.To make matters worse, when we attempted to provide our own feedback on the dismal quality of the food, we were met with similar disdain from the manager. It was abundantly clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them, and any attempt to voice concerns was met with hostility and indifference. In conclusion, while Marbl may boast an impressive facade, it is marred by the appalling behaviour of its management and the disappointing quality of its food. We would strongly advise against patronizing this establishment, as the treatment of customers by management leaves much to be desired. The disrespect especially to the elderly couple is what fueled my review in addition to our own poor experience. Shame on the Marbl team.

I went to this restaurant last weekend for my birthday and didn’t have the best experience. I’ve been to marble many times before and the food has always been great so I thought it be a awesome place for my birthday unfortunately not. The food was so tasteless it was actually concerning. Like it tasted like nothing and I didn’t even know it was possible to remove the flavour and all taste from food. I had the spaghetti carbonara. Tasted nothing. My friend also said the same thing about her beef ribs and I checked in With my friends afterwards and all eight of us have the same thing to say that the food was not even bland just tasteless. It also took a very long time for my food to come out and my pasta still was undercooked which is crazy to me. The restaurant was not that busy so I do not understand. Also our waiter was in present. And I can respect that serving can be a overwhelming job And maybe they were understaffed but I would’ve liked better service considering the restaurant is supposed to be giving an elevated experience . This is Very embarrassing for me because I brought my friends out and got them to spend money and a lot of them this is the first time at marble and their first experience and I feel like I waisted their money. Also I was charge for my birthday cheesecake which was supposed to be complementary? I brought up the waiter and he took it off the receipt I’m sure it was just a mistake but I thought it was weird. Also the energy of the staff besides one male greeter at the front (lovely) was just extremely depressing. Super disappointed because the food is very expensive. And I’ve been going here for two years and always had a delicious experience I don’t know what has happened. I’m only leaving this review to bring awareness because the restaurant was a really great place. Unfortunately we won’t be back.

My husband and I are new to the city and we’re out exploring. We decided to walk into the restaurant and we were absolutely thrilled with our experience! Service was outstanding and the steak was perfection. We would return for the truffle fries too!!!

Overall good experience for brunch.Warm atmosphere (nice ambience and decor with great music) and food was excellent (tasty and good portions). Had the beet salad for appetizer and I loved it. My partner had the crab cake and it was ah-mazing!?. For our mains we had the Caviar & Olive French style omelette and the ‘six’ buttermilk pancakes ?Service was a tad slow considering the restaurant wasn’t at full capacity. Our server was attentive and sweet. Specific food instruction was missed (fault from the kitchen) but she made sure to get us a discount for the error).P.S: the washroom area is well decorated for taking those IG pictures ?Pricing is average and reasonable. Overall good place for brunch with friends and loved ones ?

We booked a table for a birthday celebration, but we didn't receive even a simple "happy birthday." The whole atmosphere was a bit weird, the design is nice, but then it was filled up with TVs blasting football or news. So it's definitely not the place if you're looking for a posh restaurant to spend an evening. The total bill was around $185 for two people, at this price, there are many better places in Toronto to go

Server needs additional training! Multiple errors from the beginning, took the appetizer order from one guest and assumed the order was for the entire table, when the additional order was made, the server forgot about it, had to remind her to bring it, just a bad experience in that sense but the food is quite good !

We were a large group of fourteen people eating dinner on a Friday night. Our server Hailey handled the table like a rockstar. Super service and amazing food. We will definitely be back soon.

I had a great experience there. The music. The staff. The atmosphere. The food. Even the security guards were nice. We had a large group and the manager was very accommodating and attentive. It was loud so our waiter had to get really close to my face to be able to take my order which I normally don’t like but he smelled like mint and the perfect hint of cologne that even that was a pleasant experience. The place is a vibe. I will definitely come back.

The waiter was very tricky, she tricked us by telling us the valentine dinner was 120 for a couple only to come back after we had dinner to tell us it was $120 for one person and not couple. That was very annoying and deceptive

Food did not meet expectations whatsoever. Rude and pushy staff. Bad experience overall. I would not recommend Marbl to anyone.
