Good service but portion sizes have gotten smaller here and are now smaller than other Mary Brown’s locations. At first I thought it was just me, but a friend also confirmed that they received a very small portion for their order. I don’t know if this is intentional or not, but it may deter me from future visits to this location.

mary browns' mac & cheese and mashed potatoes are sooo good and one of the reasons why i go, but also the customer service was above and beyond. Sarah? Or Sara? was so so nice and catered to me! she made sure i knew what i was ordering and was super patient with me.

I’m a huge fan of Mary Brown’s at this point, with the Oshawa, Whitby and (now) Ellesmere branches delivering consistently good service and good food. My siblings and I tried out their Caramel cup for the first time and We LOVED it.The rest was the same as usual. A 13 piece feast going for a little above $60 after tax. The taters were fresh and well seasoned, and the chicken was spicy and the flavour is consistently amazing. Would definitely recommend checking out this branch.I also took a photo the Halal Certs the branch had on hand. Really neat customer service! They were very friendly!Dietary restrictions: No need to worry about it being halal for Muslim customers, but I would recommend asking the cashier for their halal Certs just to make sure.

Tasty options among a diverse menu - there is a wide selection of combos to choose from, along with side dishes and desserts. The sandwiches and fried chicken are both great. The food is always prepared fresh to-order in a reasonable amount of time. Service is quick and the staff are happy to make suggestions when placing your order. This is primarily a take-out spot; however there is a decent amount of parking outside, and seating is available inside for dining in. Typical Mary Browns. But they have an employee here that never seems to put the customer first. They didn't allow me to use a coupon, and another time, didn't allow me to collect points. It stuck in my mind and so I avoid this location. It's extremely short sighted to treat customers this way. In comparison, at another Mary Brown's, when the coupon didn't work, they still offered me a 15% discount, because they acknowledged that their coupon didn't specify the date it was valid. It was Mary Brown's issue, not mine. Big difference in my experience.

I came to grab some stuff last minute, Salma took my order and was very helpful. She was very warm and welcoming at 9:50 PM. That is something that needs to be respected and appreciated. She is extremely good at what she does and deserves a raise.
