This place is nuts ! Being next to the subway and 3 schools ! Do I need to say more . I used the self serve for my wife and I to have lunch we stood the for 15 minutes watching people come and go finnaly I ask about my food they had no record of it they said as I show them the print out from the self serve .

I waited ten minutes for an egg breakfast sandwich only to be told that I would have to wait another five minutes because their machine was broken. Horrible service.

Spadina and queen wishes it was this bad. That McDonald's is just sketchy, but the management is competent enough to do their job right. NOTE it's not the staffs fault. The owners suck eggs, management has no contingency plans and the Ubereats drivers will knock past you to shove a phone in someone's face. It's a walk thru so it's small and cramped and when one of the campers in the area decide to set up shop inside the whole place smells of BPD. Not sure if it's the small cramped working areas or the fact it's a subway way station, but this one seems open heart surgery.
