Food was good and staff was very friendly and helpful. The abaganoush was fantastic! Turkish liqueur not so much unless you like strong licorice flavour. Ali Nazik was great if you enjoy eggplant and yogurt. If you have kids then they do have a hamburger which my son loved and he is usually a picky eater. Live band was late due to weather but the vibe was great when they started. It does get very loud however when they are playing.

We went there on Saturday night for my birthday we were greeted and accommodated for our sitting which was greatly appreciated. The service thereafter was terrible we had to wait and call the waitress ourselves each time we needed her.The service of our orders took long time and missing items that were ordered and noticed we were charged for things we did not receive. We didn't have main meals so can't comment on quality but the appetizers were decent.Entertainment was enjoyable.Big disappointment once we received our bill.We noticed charges for items not received plus a charge of $170 extra for something under new years event (didn't know what it was)When noticed and mentioned they said it was a mistake refunded back to us.PLEASE CHECK YOUR BILL AT THE END TO AVOID UNNECESSARY CHARGES.

First of all, I would like to say that I have nothing to say to the employees and musicians, they were all very attentive and very friendly. We went on a Sunday, we were only 6 people, live music played even though we were only 6 people. We found the prices to be high, which may seem affordable for some, but we paid a total of 700 dollars. 4 sea bream, 1 Alinazik 70 liter of raki, fruit and 2 tiramisu, as I said, it may be affordable for some, but I think this price is quite high for Canada, but apart from that, everything was very nice.

If you want to experience real hospitality, I strongly recommend you to come here one evening. The staff is very professional and does their best to make their guests feel comfortable. The food is delicious and the live music is great.Thank you for the great night .

We have visited this palace many times before however this time was a total disaster - the waitress didn’t visit our table not even once/ I had to get up every time I needed anything - we were charged extra of something we didn’t even had ( new year’s fix menu or something like that) which was almost 100$ ( thankfully my friend realized and we had a refund for it ) Overall our experience was nothing like before - all the waitress crew had changed - Mustafa was the best and I think he should really be back for more professional and friendly service… I honestly don’t know if I will be back after all this !!!!!!!

If you wanna go to the Turkish restaurant in Toronto this one would be good choice ? good was good ,Atmosphere and music were great, you can feel you are in Istanbul, service was good our waiter mostafa was super nice, the only problem was bathroom,it wasn’t clean maybe because we were there in weekend it was very crowded ,price for food was good but because you should pay for entrance fee and also I think it was 20% added to your bill price goes bit higher management she was really friendly, totally recommend .

Hidden charges: They charge 25$ per person for the live music performance at the restaurant, which you are not aware of it as a customer until 30mins. Food we ordered salmon grill, lamb chops and chicken fingers which was average overall, all the dishes were served at once and cold. The only savior was the great music, dance and drinks. If you enjoy Turkish music then it's a must visit.

It’s a nice place and pleasant atmosphere however extremely overpriced. When you go above 4 people they already included the tip (who knows what percentage) It’s literally Turkish style very little portions for exaggerated price.

Onur is the owner of this restaurant, he's playing in the band as well , such a humble guy, friendly and so kind, staff are very professional and polite, you don't feel that you are in the restaurant u feel u r in the family gathering. The music band is so cool and professional! The singer of the band is soooooo energetic and singing all night, Onur, he plays clarinet. How do we know each other ? He came to use and salute with us, and then we kept talking about the concept and business, he explained so patiently, because I've been in so many turkish restaurant but this one is different.Strongly recommended to try it ?? ?!

Feel bad saying this but the food was so average. The service was nice and drink portions were very generous for the price, but the food was so underwhelming.
