Was planning all week to treat myself to a single plate dinner on Friday from this location. What a waste of time. 1st I was standing in line for quite a bit while 4 staff, were talking (not in English) with their back to me, ignoring there customer.2. After I was barked at, what do you want, I ordered and watched as they tried to serve me lettuce was swimming in water and looked overly wet. I stupidly asked for non swimming lettuce and of course the staff complained, huffed and puffed, so I got sick of their attitudes and I left, and couldn't wait to give this joint a terrible review.Please don't respond with your standard statement, FIX THE PROBLEM! But I know you won't.Maybe your staff should be trained properly.

I've been to other Mr. Souvlaki outlets. I just find their chicken souvlaki the best taste ever that I regularly visit at least twice a month. ? And customer service is great.

Service is nice and efficient. The owner seems genuine and welcoming of feedback. I am editing my original review to reflect the 5 star service.The food smells so good when walking by and the constant lineup is a testament to how customers feels about Mr. Souvlaki. I didn't like how my greek salad was mushy and uncrisp, as well regretting not having the tzaziki on the side (especially for takeout). I realize that take out/to go has its inherent flaws with affecting the food, if not eaten right away. What I love about this location are the wonderful staff that work there, they deserve 5 stars.

I have been eating here most of my life for dine in never had a problem. The food is amazing. However, I placed an order on Uber and it took two hours for me to receive my food. Nothing to do with the driver the food was ready to be picked up Around two when I had placed the order around 12 didn’t receive my food till 30 minutes after the app said it was done. Normally I wouldn’t complain about stuff like this Stuff happens. I ordered earlier this week as well and same thing happened. Both times was Two hours wait time and my food got to me ice cold

I bought a takeout lamb shank and a falafel plate.Both were delicious. The servings were generous and they were reasonably priced. Very pleasant and helpful staff.Parking: Just outside the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat surface when entering Cloverdale Mall. Restaurant is located just inside the door when entering on the east side.

Very good quality Greek fast food in a mall. Gyros and chicken souvalki are out favorite. Our 6 year old son love the french fries compared to other places. Actually I love them too! ?
This is a pic of what got thrown out! I only ate the salad... it was so incredibly gross and so extremely salty! (I tried to eat it so I wouldn't have to cook, but my mouth was on fire, from the salt, and I VERY quickly gave up.) Not worth the price! ...just skip this experience cause it is truly awful! (8hrs later, while I write this, my mouth is still on fire! ...so much regret!)Dietary restrictions: If you have salt restrictions... don't dine here! This meal will very quickly kill you!!

Just picked up food for lunch from here. Saw this place online and thought I would give it a shot… never again. ZERO flavour. A geek place and they don’t even have tzatziki on the sandwiches. I got the Gyros pita: the meat is dry, and flavourless. The vegetables are clearly bagged veggies they just empty into a dish. The sauce they put on was their “Greek dressing” which is more like a blan italian Kraft like dressing. My sandwich wasn’t even hot. If you go, just look at all the meat, it’s precooked and sitting in watery pans. Nothing is fresh here. I didn’t even finish my food, every just tasted awful. Honestly, it’s over priced and is the furthest thing from Greek food. Save your money and go elsewhere…
