Harry the manager is great, he listens and try his best to rectify any situation with a positive and customer focused response. The food is delicious and enjoyable.
Table was sticky and we needed to get our own cloth to clean it. Kids eat free Wednesday has ended, at the end of the February. Pop machine was being difficult. Food is always good .

The crews/staffs are so nice, they make the customers feel comfortable and relaxed. The atmosphere is very on vibes and great for dinner dates.and the most important thing is the food, they served quality, awesome foods! One of the best restaurants for me ❤️ I will come back here again and again ?

I was originally going to another place to eat. When I saw Nando’s, I decided to change my reservations because I haven’t had Nando’s in so long. When I went to in the restaurant look really nice clean. That was a mistake because I judge too soon. I ordered all their new items, the chicken wrap, honey sweet potato fries and Nando’s mac. I sat down at the tables but once I sat down, the table had crumbs and it felt sticky. I went to go seat at another spot and the seat was sticky and it had left over crumbs as well. I wanted to cancel my order but I felt like it was too late as they were preparing my food. I finally found a spot to sit. When she gave me the glass cup first my drink it looked dirty. It had a frothy ring around the cup. As it looked it hadn’t been washed. I showed her the cup and mentioned that it looked pretty dirty. I told her if she can bring me a new clean cup. When the food came out,all the food wasn’t that bad it tasted pretty good. I just had a weird gut feeling cause I was thinking I hope the food is prepped properly and that they have good hygiene. Because is they can’t clean their tables and chairs. They must not prepare their food well as well. I tried to push that thought away, I took a first bite as I was hungry and it tasted pretty good. I just wish the wrap didn’t have soo much of the white end of the lettuce. As well it said that it had roasted veggies. The one end of the wrap had once red pepper and what looked like one zucchini. That was a total fail and the sweet potato’s were a big soggy.

Food was good and tasty. However staff could not give us proper info as to how to place order when we came to place order at the counter in the first place and got sent to take a sit. Then we ended up waiting a long time for someone to tell us we actually had to go back to the counter to place the order. Table was extra sticky and even if we were told the product to clean is causing the stickiness, it's definitely not enjoyable to eat with sticky arms...will try another place since the food was good.

Staff did not give us clear direction as to the process of ordering, sitting down, etc. Table was very sticky, dirty and stained. Employee cleaned it, but it didn’t make any difference. My friend and I had to take some water from the faucet and clean it ourselves. The food was very good!
