This must be the most diluted hojicha latte I’ve had. A lot of the powder just sank to the bottom rather than dissolving all throughout. It isn’t very full-bodied, compared to other hojicha lattes I’ve had.

The red bean doriyaki was perfection and their coffee is great. Would definitely go back! It does get quite busy so probably best to get there sooner rather than later around busy times. No public washrooms, however.

A pleasant little cafe tucked away on Toronto’s Bloor street, Ninetails has some amazing matcha. Food options are a little more slim, but the croissants are delicious and there’s plenty of food offerings in the area, so you can make a few stops if that suits your fancy. There’s genuinely wonderful atmosphere in the cafe itself and a few different seating options.

Ordered the Hojicha Latte and it just tasted like oat milk. Turned out they didn’t mix it properly, so all the powder was at the bottom. It is a really cute coffee shop that’s great to work or study in, so I would come back, but I’ll give the coffee a try next time.

Very friendly, always busy coffee shop at bloor. They have plant-based milk options. Love their hojicha latter (which I’ve never heard of before) they also have vegan danish!

I was house-sitting for 2 weeks in the neighborhood and this cafe became my go to for delicious matcha and hojicha lattes. I only wish it wasn't so busy, because it's otherwise so pleasant to sit and enjoy a lovely bowl of warmth. Also really good treatment from the staff.

Cute cafe. Great matcha. Would be better a bit hotter but I'm not complaining. Very smooth and non bitter plus no lumps. They have a small seating area and selection of baked goods on the menu.

Great coffee. When I don’t make my coffee at home, this is my go to place.

Nice and quiet coffee shop, that we decided to stop by after breakfast. The butter tart was delicious, even though we were not a fan of cold butter tarts, the taste was still amazing. The coffee was good and the aesthetic was nice but the taste didn’t really hit. Overall a nice shop to grab a quick coffee but not a place we would go out of our way for. We ordered the vanilla latte extra sweetener and the flat white.

Rare cafe that has dirty coffee, good try and nice vibe to work on laptop or have a quick meetup with friends(Visited in sept/2023)

Cute interior and friendly staff, but the drinks and desserts were mediocre. After coming across this place on Instagram, I decided to visit to see if it lived up to the hype. I tried the americano, matcha latte, and almond croissant. Unfortunately, the drinks were a bit toned down and watery. The coffee lacked aroma and flavor. While the latte art looked nice, the matcha was not strong, which might be a personal preference. The croissant was a bit disappointing as well. On the positive side, they do offer a good selection of coffee beans, tea, and equipment. I might give this place another shot, hoping that my experience was just an off day.
