Nestled in the vibrant streets of Toronto, NODO stands out as a beacon of true Italian authenticity. Having lived in the south of Italy myself, I've always sought the flavors of Puglia, and NODO delivered beyond expectations. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. Our server, Jessika, was an absolute delight, adding an extra layer of charm to our dining experience. As a connoisseur of Italian cuisine, I couldn't resist trying their Orecchiette dish, a true testament to the culinary heritage of Puglia. Each bite transported me back to the cobblestone streets of Via dell'Arco Basso, where this iconic pasta was born. The authenticity of flavors was undeniable, a testament to the chef's dedication to tradition.Having dined at both NODO Liberty and Leslieville, I can attest to their consistency in delivering exceptional service and mouthwatering dishes. Each location boasts its unique charm, yet both share the same commitment to quality and excellence. To the chef and the entire NODO family, grazie mille for bringing a piece of Italy to Toronto. Your passion for food, wine, and service shines through in every dish and interaction.Salute! to NODO, where every meal is a celebration of Italian heritage and culinary mastery.

Un posto proprio buono! A charming and cozy spot that serves pizzas that are on the lighter side (BUT SO SATISFYING!). Service was also so kind and warm. Highly recommend the bianca pizza with zucchini!

The food, drinks, atmosphere and service was exceptional! A huge thank you to our server Isabelle. She was so nice and took great care of us! The food was amazing and the bartender on staff made us the most amazing negroni cocktails. We will most definitely be back and totally recommend this place.

Great experience at Nodo. Very quick service and great food. The burrata and the house made focaccia is a must.We had the nodo spaghetti and meatballs and Oltraggioso pizza. The chocolate cake was very good but a bit smaller than we thought it would be.Overall a great experience.

I was pleasantly surprised when I dined at Nodo a week ago with my husband and family friend. Despite the official "5:30 - 7:30 seating", we did not feel pressured to make our selections or finish our meal. Our server was unpretentious and friendly without hovering. Although the space on the main floor is fairly limited, we could still have a private conversation. More importantly, we were impressed by the exquisitely prepared food. Not your typical nouvelle cuisine fare, as the portions were generous. The octopus on a bed of roasted potatoes was perfect -- not rubbery and dry. Our main dishes (mushroom pappardelle, seafood linguine, and gnocchi) were also worthy of praise--and not too salty. We savored every morsel. All in all, we did not feel ripped off. A lovely evening. I highly recommend Leslieville's Nodo.

We have now hosted 2 small family events on Nodo and both occasions were a huge success. They have an upstairs room that fits 40sh easily and provides such a great atmosphere for a small gathering. The staff is phenomenal and the food never disappoints. If you have a milestone birthday, small baptism or a private event this is a great location with great food and staff.

The food was good and creative. The menu was maybe a bit busy. I didn't enjoy either dessert. Caramel Apple thing or Flourless Chocolate cake. Likely not house made, but I don't know.Service was attentive but not rushed. There are some tables that you probably wouldn't want, and we got one, despite a reservation.Sitting at the bar is an option if you are alone or with one other.

This was a really pleasant dining experience. The staff were accommodating, friendly, and provided great detail on the dishes. The ambience was cozy and romantic. The dishes' flavour profiles hit all the notes we had hoped for. The only minor letdown was that the pizza came out cold. We didn't send it back as we were hungry and I am sure with how wonderful the staff had been they would have replaced it.Overall, it would be a pleasure to attend Nodo again.

1st time here my wife had char fish meal and I have panzorroto wow just wonderful...one of the most flavourful meals I had in a long time. Menu options aren't overly large juat perfect amount to choose from.. found glass of Wine to be a little pricey and the fact that I asked for a little more sauce for my panzo resulted in additional charge. Otherwise the place food atmosphere service fantastic!

I went here with my fiancé and friends for a dinner out. The food was delicious and the atmosphere of this spot was lovely! The restaurant is nicely decorated, and in the summer it has a beautiful pack patio. The light is soft and romantic, and you can see into the kitchen where the chefs are hard at work.I got their mussels in a white wine broth, and they were cooked perfectly. The broth was light and flavourful, and the bread was perfect for soaking it all up. My fiancé got their Chicken Pasta Pomodoro Al Fresco, and he loved it! To split, we got a slice of their carrot cake for dessert. It was moist, fluffy, and delectable! This restaurant is a great spot to hang out with your group of friends or a romantic date night out.Vegetarian options: They have some vegetarian options on their menu.Dietary restrictions: They can accommodate some vegetarian and pescatarian diets.

Had a very enjoyable meal here. Went on a Saturday night and reserved our table beforehand, which was good because it seemed very busy. Highlights were the arancini which was delightfully crispy, the paparadelle with mushroom ragu had a great rich flavor and generous portion, and the tiramisu that was not too heavy at the end of the meal. Some disappointing points were the bruschettone that was too doughy, and the topping was bland, not enough (or any) garlic, lemon or balsamic to give it a kick and tasted only of oregano and olive oil. Just won't order it again. It was also a bit loud with music on the louder side and some unruly children, which were obviously not the restaurant's fault.Service was great and the price for a three course meal for two in a nice setting was very reasonable. Was a good choice for celebrating my partner's birthday. I'll be returning for another special occasion or date night.Vegetarian options: Mushroom ragu was heavenly.
