The rudest staff I have ever encountered. I placed an order for a cake on-line, something that I have been doing for the last 5 years and for every occasion. This year I placed an order on-line on a Saturday for a cake I needed on for the following Monday. I never received confirmation or a call from them so I contacted them on Sunday to confirm. The person who answered the call at 4:15 advised me that no one is in the office to take orders or confirm orders on the weekends. I asked her how are customers supposed to know that if it’s not mentioned on their website. She told me she would have someone call me on Monday morning to let me know if they can make the cake. I told her that I needed the cake for Monday at 11:00 a.m. so I couldn’t wait until last minute for them to confirm if they could make it or not. and she said, I’m going to have to say no then”. Well, after 5 years of ordering cakes for every occasion I can guarantee you that I will ever set foot in this place again! Completely disgusting and unprofessional behavior. Go else where for your cakes! Atleast you’ll get service with a Smile and they appreciate their customers. Absolutely no respect for the people who keep them in business.

Mafia ATMProbably the only bakery I know that has an ATM, and on several occasions when I try to pay, they tell me only cash, the automatic payment service is not available....But there is a withdrawal machine right next to it that charges 3 dollars,

Their egg tarts (custard tarts) are the best.There’s usually a queue and it is not helped by the fact that servers barely speak English and none of the items are labelled on the display case. Service is good otherwise as servers try their best and are always smiling.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews however, every experience I have here is terrible. The staff is incredibly rude and was racist to my friend. They don’t treat you with respect unless you speak Portuguese, and I’m Portuguese myself!! Terrible ?

Got really sick after this visit. Please read and be aware. First experience here, I can say it was very unwelcoming, customer service is poor. If you don't speak Portuguese, the staff will make you feel weird and give you all sort of looks and unprofessional behavior / treatment. I walked in with my girlfriend, and we were not happy at all. Not to mention the prices are very, very expensive and the quality isn't good. We ordered 2 drinks, a hot chocolate and a cappuccino....they served it to us COLD, also ordered 2 small pastries and a surprise the bill was above $15. Seriously!! After we left, I went straight home as I got really bad stomach aches. Probably, the milk in my cappuccino was bad even though I specifically asked for almond milk. SMH, I will never visit again nor recommend this place to anyone.
