My usual place to get some lunch on a workday. I typically get two pieces of chicken with some veggies, which costs me about 10-12 CAD. Just skip on carbs and it's quite affordable!

Olly’s has a great selection. I normally get a fresh salad or a bowl which are great! Yesterday I picked up some veggies. The expiry on it is not for another 3 days. I ended up throwing all of it away as it had all gone bad. My coworker got the same, which also had gone bad. Super disappointed in the quality. If it’s gone bad, don’t put it out.

To say that giving Olly on 18 York even one star is an overstatement would be putting it mildly. My recent encounter there was not just disappointing; it was arguably the worst customer service experience I've ever endured. The level of rudeness and insensitivity displayed by the staff was astonishing.I had ordered a veggie plate for nearly $8, which might not seem like a lot, but for that price, I expected at least a decent quality meal. Unfortunately, this was the second time the vegetables served were of subpar quality, which is unacceptable. I felt compelled to address this issue directly, so I left my workplace and went back to Olly, still carrying the original bag with the unsatisfactory meal. The response I received was shocking and humiliating. The staff treated me as if I were trying to scam a free plate, completely disregarding my genuine complaint. This accusation was not only unfounded but also made in front of my colleagues, causing me immense embarrassment. There was no attempt at understanding or rectifying the situation, only a dismissive and accusatory attitude. This experience has left me feeling belittled and disrespected. It's one thing to receive a poor quality meal, but it's entirely another to be treated with such contempt by a business that should value its customers. I cannot in good conscience recommend Olly on 18 York to anyone, and I am deeply disheartened by the way they handle customer feedback and concerns.

I was in today at noon. I work from home so every now and then I stop at Olly Fresco's as well as Szechuan Express (at Royal Bank Tower, which is down the street from my condo) to pick up lunch. Today, the cashier commented "oh you've got a lot,' because the cost of my container was $31. If what I buy is of concern to their staff, I sure as hell will never step foot in that place again. Absolutely rude.

I usually work at 200 bay I love Olly's for breakfast. This location has been awful the the scrambled eggs were cold as ice the Sunnyside up eggs have clearly been sitting for over a half hour. My colleague who gets us food doesn't eat eggs so she doesn't know any better when she asked if they were good she was told they are fresh. These eggs are the furthest thing from fresh. Very disappointed.

A regular here but had a bad experience. Had kale salad and butter chicken on Mon. Tasted good but was throwing up at work only after a couple of hours. Not sure how fresh the chicken/salad was.

I was disgusted that a banana cost $1 - I understand that they need to make a profit , but don't abuse it. The fact that bananas cost about 0.56 a pound in the supermarkets it does not make you look good. Just because people work downtown it does not mean that they're making millions.

Worst employers in the downtown core. Stay away.

As I was looking for a caterer for my corporate event for over 90 people someone suggested Olly. We caterer lunches and coffee for 2 days from them. Sandwiches and wraps for Day 1 and Shawarma for day 2. The food was delivered on time and was delicious. Hugo, the manager, made it effortless to order and work within my budget for options. He also was amazing in accommodating my changing agenda. Will definitely use again.Dietary restrictions: They accommodate gluten free and halal

Came here before 3pm, and according to the previous reviews the buffet is cheaper after 3pm. But it’s crazy expensive as it’s by the weight. Imagine the equivalent of a jimmy Greek dinner plate but it came up to $21… crazy unaffordable for people on a budget. I could not afford a meal here. They don’t state the general price of buffet so I’m very disappointed.

Always good options at the hot buffet for anyone. Recently tried the pasta station and it was also very good. Good value and friendly staff!

Definitely some good food options for any eater. They usually do a themed buffet, but careful how much you add, as it is priced by weight. Have had a few instances where the chicken was undercooked close to the bone. This is the go-to place when you're in a rush and have to eat at your desk...
