2 patties + Kola Champagne is a staple order growing up in Toronto. $5 - can’t beat those prices in this day and age.Patties were a 7.8/10.Highlight was the patty crust. ??If you’re at Union and you need something to hold you over until you catch the train, definitely a go to.?

Their food is absolutely amazing ! My issue with them is they do not respond to messages, they are rude, they make promises and then don't deliver on them... so if you see them, hey they are good and you can't go wrong. But there's the issue if you see them. I have had the pleasure and great experiences at the original location on elm st. However since then..? It has not been a pleasure.

For only a couple of dollars, my patty was undeniably delicious. I received great customer service and the employees had a great work ethic. However, please heed the warning when you go to take a bite!!! I accidentally burned myself because I thought it had fully cooled off.

PATTIES AND STAFF ARE AMAZING. THE ONE AT THE BAY ST. LOCATION NEEDS HELP! THE TEMPERATURE OF THE PATTY IS ALWAYS COLD. THIS CAUSES THE PASTRY TO GET SOFT AND CHEWY . THE MEAT MEAT FILLING IS COLD CAUSING THE MEAT TO TASTE LIKE IT JUST CAME OUT OF THE FREEZER. I WORK UPSTAIRS AND ALOT OF STAFF USED TO GO THERE. THIS LOCATION HAS LOST ATLEAST 15 CUSTOMERS BECAUSE OF THIS . HOPEFULLY THE OWNER FIXES THIS PROBLEM SOON!!!!

I buy 20 sometimes more .Been a customer for long timeBut notice service has gotten worst.This is the second time this has happened. Why would you give me a patty that should be discarded..Why?
Who would've thought you can open up an entire store and business for the purpose reheating frozen patties and selling them. That's all Patties Express does. Furthermore their just tasteless, more dough than protein. Buy the frozen patties at the grocery store for half the price and they even taste better (not surprised)

This Caribbean food stall opened on 2023-05-09 in the new Union Market inside Toronto's Union Station. They focus on Jamaican patties and also patties inside Coco Bread. Their patties are always good. We've been buying their patties regularly, especially when they were only 2 mins away from where we live (they closed it down in 2022)! They have now expanded to so many locations. I managed to meet the very person who worked at the location that was close to us. He is now a manager. I just had toget one from him for old time's sake! The food stall looks very modern. The place is wheelchair accessible. There are washrooms nearby but not in Union Market. There is very little paid neighbourhood street parking, but there are paid parking lots. Review 2023-129

I was picking up an order for doordash. I had a hard time pronouncing the name of the customer so i showed my phone to the guy who was working at the moment. He rudely said “you can not speak” and said that if you want the order you will have to say the name if you can’t it’s not my problem. Why you come to canada if you can’t speak English!! He was so rude and racist. This man need to learn how to respect people!

They offer super big patty at only $2.58 each. I tried their beef patty and curry chicken patty from a company social event. They were both yummy and filling. The beef patty was so flavourful, while curry chicken patty was a bit spicy. I can only eat one and half patty per meal assuming I don't need to skip the next meal.This place offers very good value for money.

Purchase a dozen patties and upon the last 2 for a piece of mental in 1. Call two places looking for headoffice was told theres none which i find funny. Upon visiting one shop in person and explaining to the person incharge after being told theres no supervisor or manager at the time, the response was “do you want a next patty!”being 2 weeks trying to get a manager/owner and havent had no luck
