The service was excellent. However, the food is mediocre. Not worth the price.

Jesus this burger was saucy it was so good tho but I wish they gave me a warning about the sauce cause I was eating in my friend’s car. The customer service was nice and the atmosphere felt really cool. Whenever i’m in downtown and i’m feeling jalapeño and honey burgers, you’ll see me at PG Clucks.

Ordered delivery. Undercooked chicken in the chicken sandwich, couldn’t eat it and had to throw it away. Fried pickles were the worst I’ve ever had in my life, extremely salty, and the coating was falling off. Worried about getting sick. Fries appear to be stale, and wasted my money on adding the chicken popcorn, which was also undercooked. The chicken had a funny pink tinge to it both in the sandwich and in the chicken popcorn. The chocolate cake wasn’t worth $12 and could’ve been bought at Walmart just as better for five dollars. Overall, a waste of money, over priced in terms of portion sizes We’ll never order from here again.

Love the original chicken sandwich. I tired their fries supreme and that was really good as well, the coleslaw taste off so just don’t worry that.

I got a jalapeno honey chicken sandwich and enjoyed it a lot! The chicken was juicy, and there were a lot of jalapenos in the sandwich as advertised. The portion was a decent size as well. The only downside is that there's no seating area, which might make takeout during the winter a little uncomfortable. Other than that, would eat again!

This place serves a very respectable fried chicken sandwich. Generous amount of sauce and pickles with a tasty slaw. The. Hi k was super moist and had a very satisfying crunch. The only drawback is transactions are at a sidewalk window only. What happens when the weather is harsh??

What happened to PG Clucks? Gone are the days of fresh thick juicy pieces of chicken. Last two times I ate here, the chicken was barely half an inch thick on the honey jalapeno sandwich, was dried out, and the batter tasted stale.

Absolutely buy into the hype. I'm convinced they make the best chicken sandwich you can get. Maybe even the best sandwich period.

Really really disappointed with their behaviour they showed me as an uber driver. They were rude and raised their voice. Also threatened me to make me lose my job. If possible, would like to speak to the owner.

The spicy chicken used to have good heat here. The last few times I’ve tried it, it’s been very mild. Dunno what they changed but it’s *super* disappointing. With the proliferation of very good Nashville Hot Chicken places in Toronto over the last couple years, I see no reason to keep eating here and being underwhelmed.
