The food was good and served quickly. However, the service was terrible. The servers seem like they are doing something they don't want to do. They never greet or check how our meal is going. There is no smile on their faces. Why did they choose the server job if they really hate it? I don't understand.

I have been doing takeout from GT since 2013 and love the food. However, I am not a fan of the staff, including Linda, the owner. Linda’s mother is very nice. but Linda is often surly and can be rude and dismissive.Tonight I witnessed the staff demean three bicycle couriers picking up orders. They were rude and abrupt to the couriers. When I said something about their behaviour, the staff countered that “they [delivery couriers] have to follow the rules” and “they are rude to us too”. Never okay!GT — Be kind and professional because the delivery people are an integral part of GT’s business…profit! Customers appreciate kindness and professionalism.
