I had only been here for slices but one day decided to order the walk-in large one-topping special. I ordered well ahead of time (approx 15-20 min ahead) and got there about 5 after the hour. Not only was it not ready yet, now 20-25 min later, they hadn't even started it yet. So, I end up having to sit and wait while they make it which took about another 15-20 min. Awhile after that, I decided to give them another shot thinking the first time was an anomaly. I end up waiting 40 min AGAIN this time. Full disclosure, both days were Fridays, so i understand they're busy, but pizzas cook quickly and I wouldn't expect that you'd order a walk-in and then wait 40 min to go get it. I would think it'd be cold by then. I think they're trying really hard, but this is way too long to take for a take-out pizza. They were polite, but didn't really apologize or offer any discount for the time waited. They gave me a can of soda for the last one, but really, that's not enough. If you can't handle to volume of orders you need to hire more staff. Won't be back which is unfortunate because I love Pizza Nova.

By far the worst pizza nova I’ve ever been to. Just stopped by to get a slice on my break, the cashier rushed the customer in front of me, then they had to remind her for their drinks, then when it got to me she handled my cash, then touched the entire takeout plate they put your slice on (WITHOUT WASHING OR WEARING GLOVES), then also forgot the dipping sauce I paid for. If your position requires you to fulfil orders, then majority of your attention should be with customers at the counter.

Probably the WORST PIZZA in TO!. Service was terrible. 1.5 hours, for a medium pizza. The comedic part was that the pizza was late and the order was wrong.

Worst Pizza I have ever had. Asked for 'well done' and it was burnt. Asked for extra cheese and they didn't add it.

Got a slice to eat in store so waited around while I ate. The staff were very unprofessional and the eating area was untidy. They forgot about another customer's Slice and it burnt. Instead of apologizing, they laughed and gave it to the customer anyways.

Worst pizza and bad service. I used to be a regular customer. Have not been there in awhile. I bought a large pepperoni pizza. The pizza had almost zero cheese or sauce. It was basically crust with pepperoni. What happened to this location? Never again. It was the 267 College Street location.

This is not the first thin-crust claim of traditional (aka Neapolitan/Italian) pizza to get it wrong, but it has to be the worst. The crust is great. But the sauce! By god, where to begin. I KNOW Neapolitan pizza. I've enjoyed it in Florence and Venice. But what is this bright red stuff all over my delivery? It tastes like…tomato paste. Pure, unadulterated tomato paste. Yuck! Where’s the basil? The oregano? I even ordered up double sauce because the 2nd mistake, and Pizza Nova is far from alone in making it, is the scant spread across the dough. I saved the evening by cooking my own concoction of olive oil and basil and oregano and roasted garlic, and I spread it all over that sad pizza pie. Yum. The recipe is theirs. For free.
