The absolute worst Pizza Nova in the city… delivery or pickup it’s a nightmare. Horrible attitudes and extremely hostile / rude employees. The food is just as bad, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!!

I’m so puzzled by the bad reviews. I’ve been here probably close to 20 times and have had great pizza and even better service every single time. Staff is so kind and sweet, pizza’s always been fresh and they keep it really clean. Of the three pizza places within a hundred meters, this one is my favourite by far.

Hey I had done a dine in service in the store on may the 30 and forgot to take the receipt, paid with my credit card. When I called over the phone, customer service told me (the call was recorded) go to the store and they will be able to provide a receipt. However, when I went to store which to took about 2 hours drive they store refused to give me the receipt. I will file a consumer complain to government of Ontario as everything was recorded

KINDNESS at Queen & Broadview, May 29, 2023: Female staff member showed true empathy to one of the neighbourhood's less fortunate. The staff member wasn't patronizing, didn't call attention to her own charity or even say very much. She treated this person not only like a valued customer, but also as a human being. ...And that says a lot given the level of entitlement in this neighbourhood. Thank you to this Pizza Nova staff member for reminding us what real kindness and respect looks like.

Find out who owns the store before you order, pizza nova is suppose to be an Italian experience, it was not! Food taste like it was from a different country. Not sure what restaurant it was, but in future I’ll be asking more questions. Rice balls were the size of a loonie and did not taste like a rice ball atall. If this is what’s happening to pizza nova, goodbye.

The same friendly familiar faces always remember their customers, and deliver the product with a smile. Always a consistently good product too. Just a great reliable option and can't go wrong.
Have ordered for pickup & delivery, and just walk-in… every time has gone well.The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is fresh and tasty. The store is clean & orderly. What more can you ask for!FYI Like most, customer area is small & a little tight. There are a few stools and a ledge to eat if desired.Overall, a great Pizza Nova. Have been many times before, and will many times again!

I've been here like 5x and the food is always good and fresh, friendly staff, clean and a relaxing place.I went back around 9:50 pm last night and I had a great experience.Not sure why some people put bad reviews, maybe they are j*** customers. Just try this place!

Had to wait 90 minutes for my pizza that didn’t even come because they “lost” it. Will never order again. Had to talk 3 customer service people who gave me different responses. If you’re going to take the chance do not pre pay.

Pizza Nova at Broadview and Queen is the best Pizza Nova location in Toronto. They make the best pizza. We order the same pizza regularly and it is consistently delicious. We’ve tried other locations but were disappointed so no matter what part of town we’re in we’ll go the extra mile to the Broadview and Queen location. Great people and great pizza!!!!
