I ordered a pizza with mushrooms and roasted red pepper. Do you see any of them on it???!!And they didn't cook the dough!Tim Hortons makes better pizzas.This is the worst location. I don't recommend it to anyone.When you hire an unreasonable manager this is what happens.

Pizza was burnt, he barely put enough bbq sauce that I paid for so I asked for more and he told me to pay for another one with attitude and ended up putting a small amount again I am never coming back, please teach your workings about customer service.

What a bad idea ordering the new stuffed crust pizza. I order the new stuffed crust pizza and was extremely disappointed. The base of the pizza was as thing as paper it could not hold together. when you try and pick a piece up all the toppings fall off, My wife almost burnt her hand picking it up as the cheese and toppings fell off. I tired to call customer service about the issue after speaking to 6 people and being disconnected 3 times was finally offered a full refund for the pizza. This was a horrible experience which I never expected from pizza pizza as I have order many times before( non-stuffed crust). Really give me second guess ordering from them after the customer service I experienced today . I have attached a couple pictures of the pizza to know what to expect before ordering. My suggestion if you want stuffed crust stick to the original restaurant that made it PH.

Came in as always , the Indian tall guy has terrible costumer service- always on his phone watching family guy and gave us a piece of cardboard for take out even the pizza tasted a bit off. Also no one answers your questions as they should

I normally buy from this place pizzas, like once or twice a weekLast night I bought a pepperoni and another 3 topping one. Unfortunately, the pepperoni was very hard and crispy while I did not order a crispy one. My guests and I did not enjoy the pizza at all
I stop going to this pizza pizza location. I ordered a poutine. Then suddenly this Indian guy appeared randomly. I’m not sure if he’s sleeping at the back or finished going to the washroom. Then he took a bag of fries and uses his bare hands without wearing gloves. Then after the fries were fried he put it on the container and uses his bare hands again. So disgusting.
