Disappointing Experience at Rustica PizzeriaMy recent visit to Rustica Pizzeria left much to be desired. Upon ordering calamari, we were met with a dish that fell short of even basic expectations. The calamari was overcooked, rubbery, and lacked flavor, rendering it nearly inedible. Disappointed, we promptly sent it back.Unfortunately, our dissatisfaction didn’t end there. Despite the poor quality of the calamari, we were surprised to find that we were still charged for the dish on our bill. Despite explaining the situation to the Manager(who had to call the owner by phone) they adamantly refused to remove the charge, insisting that because the calamari was ordered, we were obligated to pay for it.This lack of accountability and customer service left a sour taste in our mouths, overshadowing any enjoyment we may have had from the rest of our meal. While the ambiance of Rustica Pizzeria may be charming the mishandling of our complaint and refusal to rectify the situation has left us hesitant to return. As paying customers, we expect a certain level of quality and fairness, neither of which were upheld during our experience at Rustica Pizzeria.

We had the Tre Carne and Santa Fe pizzas and they were both delicious! By far the best thing we had was the Bruschetta it was amazing! We would go back just for that! The atmosphere is nice, a little more upscale.

The food was cold, was left out too long waiting for the other dishes. The restaurant was cold since the door was propped open when it was 5 degrees outside. Pretty sure the heat wasn't on. We ordered a Build Your Own pizza and pizza was missing one out of the two toppings we ordered. I informed the waiter and the topping (still cold) was just plopped onto the pizza and brought back. The meal was expensive and the portion sizes were small. The waiter was nice. I might have just been freezing and starving, but the food took a while to come as well, and there was only us and another table. I do not recommend it.

Pizza is horrible, looks and tastes like an amateur child chef made it. Had no real flavor, just a piece of grocery bread with sauce and toppings on it. Even if you’re drunk, it won’t taste

The pizza was so delicious. We got the Tre Carne pizza, and the portions were perfect for my friend and me. We enjoyed how there were a lot of tomatoes, meat, and cheese. It tasted much better than we had anticipated. The waiter was nice as well, and the atmosphere was relaxing, which left a good impression on us. Overall, I definitely recommend this place!

Decided to stop by the once 24 hours. Pizzeria in Toronto was very, very impressed. The only thing that is a turn off is the tip option for a takeout order. Some restaurants bypass that for the customer but it feels awkward. Having to pick up the machine and put zero. Pizza was fantastic. Very thin. Very light. Very impressed. Would be a lot better if they put fresh basil very impressed. Would be a lot better if they put fresh basil

Service sucked. We didn’t get plates or anything cleared. Waitress was on her phone. Food was mediocre at best. Was cold and hot at same time. Did not get told a calzone would be charged for every item on it and the calzone that was overcooked and had lack of sauce or toppings.
