Been seeing a decline in quality as of late. Last order lack of cheese and heavy toppings scattered mostly in the center so picking up a slice made it messy and would fall off. Call the restaurant and buddy was arrogant claiming he made the pizza and no issue . Qualify of service and quality has gone down hill for a while. Sad really

The pizza tasted fine, but I'm giving 1 star for horrible delivery service.I placed my order at 6:14pm and the pizza did not arrive until 7:30pm. 1hour and 15mins for delivery, and when the pizza arrived it was squished on one side.Definitely not ordering from this location again.

My preferred chain of fast food in Toronto Price is Right the ingredients are good the staff is well-trained doesn't really feel like a chain it feels like a small pizza place you and your friends in high school go to for a slice... I like it better than the other similar options. Their tomato sauce is fantastic they should bottle that and sell it.

Friendly staff, excellent pizza, visit here quite often.
Let me start by saying Pizzaiolo is definitely my favourite pizza joint to order from. BUT, they’re just getting lighter and lighter with the toppings every time I order. Like a review below, they’re getting real chincy on pepperoni and are chincy with bacon too. And when you order a meat pizza, you expect a meat pizza, not a cheese pizza with a bit of meat here and there.

Ordered the Super Funghi vegan pizza, with plant-based crumble and double spinach. Got what I asked for, on time, and with a smile. No complains, no issues, wonderful experience.Vegetarian options: Lots of great vegetarian, plant-based, and vegan options! But note that plant-based and vegan are not interchangeable here: Plant-based pizzas still use dairy cheese by default on the menu. Heads up all my lactose people lol.

1st time here. I ordered a medium regular swiss cheese with Tony cup pepperoni. And there were several slices with empty cheese spots (swiss maybe doesn't melt the same) As seen in photo.I called and they said "ma'am that's our regular cheese"Tip: You'll need to order double cheese to get cheese on the whole pizza ?
