Basic pizza, came here for a pizza fix. Server was nice and for basic pizza it was decent.Unstable people loiter around the area and sometimes walk in and start rambling, making dining here uncomfortable. Not the fault of this Pizzaolo location but it's unfortunate.

Crispy regular crust Honolulu slice. I got the drink and pizza Slice combo for $8. A little dry on the sauce and moderate toppings. The table was a bit untidy with crumbs from the previous

I went to Pizza Pizza saturday night and they did not let me use the washrrom , then came to this Pizzaiolo to order a couple of large pizzas for a movie night, i had my kids with me, , my little one he really had to use the washroom but when we asked the person behind the counter if my little son can use the washroom she said there is no washroom available .I decided to take my business elsewhere " PizzaVille" in liberty which they have beautiful washrooms for customers .If you run a food and drink business at least allow "Customers only " to use your washroom .You want me to pay over $65 for a couple pizzas and you dont want me to use your washroom ? nah, i dont think so .P.S: Super Rude people .

Undercooked, soggy, barely any sauce or toppings. Very overpriced for what you get, and they don't bother to seal the box for safety. Just gross.

Decent gourmet pizza (as franchises go). But lose a star = the app is glitchy as hell.Frustrating experience (while hungry) to spend significant time exploring the menu, choosing toppings, only to not be able to order the pizza! -And told my nearby location is closed. Surprising @9pm, on a Fri. (I checked google maps, it’s not).Pizzaiolo, friendly fyi: for all the money you guys make, might be worth investing in a functional app for a smooth, pleasing experience.

App messed up the pre order. Order an hour late (not store's fault). Pizza either didn't have any sauce or it evaporated en route. Some toppings had gone bad (green vegetables), other requested toppings not existent (feta).

Pizzaiolo is my go-to spot on Queen for a slice of pizza. I always get the Godfather and take it home to eat. Never fails me. It's a classic spot for me as I've been grabbing lunch from there for years.

Great for a quick and filling slice -- it's actually 2 slices -- with a soda for under $10.

Pizzaiolo offers fresh pizza that is simply delicious. While it may not be the ideal spot for a sit-down dining experience, its easy to pick up and enjoy in the comfort of your own home. Pizzaiolo will not disappoint with their flavorsome menu!

Gladstone Pizzaiolo is a staple to the neighborhood having making us pizza well before and through the pandemic. A highlight in the franchise throughout the city. Great value, service and staff

Very poor customer service and late for delivery during a company lunch

Best slice from a big chain. This location in particular is very consistent!

We have been coming here for years but usually, just for slices; always delicious pizza and friendly staff. However, I've ordered twice (one delivered and another pickup) and I've been disappointed with the quality and value. The pizza is thin crust, which I haven't requested, the crust is nonexistent. The pizza looks...sad. although I will continue to come in for single slices, I will not order for pickup or delivery again.
