I've been going to Pop for over 5 years now and all i can say is it has changed my health for the better. Victoria the owner spends extra time sourcing all of the best ingredients so you're really paying for what you're receiving. Highly recommend one of toronto's biggest health gems.

Organic healthy food, amazing smoothies, some of the best soup I’ve ever tried. Great service, highly recommended.

Took me a little while to find it, but a hidden gem with a half basement entrance. Smoothies were delicious and look forward to coming back for some of the other snacks. everything is customizable.

Best ginger shots in the city and a chicken soup that's better than your Nonna's. A real king west gem! ?
Although extremely pricey (almost $20 for a smoothie with no add-ons), the smoothies taste great and are nutritious!*** to answer reply to this review *** you must be charging $1 more on ritual (which is actually against their guidelines) as your cheapest smoothie on there is $7 and the most expensive is $15. So $18 with tax, which is why I said almost $20. I get it, tax isn’t your fault but it’s still part of buying something. I’m just comparing to other smoothie prices I’ve had from multiple places! I understand you’re organic and use some strange health ingredients, doesn’t take away from it just being a pricier smoothie, that’s all :)My only issue would be that they seem to close early quite a lot. I order on ritual and pick up on my way to work, and there has been more than once that they have decided to close before their posted hours on google.

Stopped in for a healthy late night snack and had a great experience. We'd been driving across provinces and needed something to wake us up - the fruit smoothies (Babe, Mango, and Aloe) were amazing. The prices were higher than we were used to, but the quality and care was worth the price. Grateful to the woman helping us for her input and kindness.

The chicken soup is nothing like advertised- barely any chicken and 90% carrot and celery. This cost $19

I have not even tasted the soup. I am sending Mama's Chicken Soup to an ill friend BUT the customer service to help me with an out of town order was exceptional. Highly recommend based on this one experience.
