I don’t know how come they have 3.2 ratingThey are doing fraud with Uber drivers and customers they always close early weekdays they close at 8 they leave their Uber open online to get money . And weekend they close around 5 or 6 and there Uber and website says they are still open .I don’t know why owner is doing that kind fraud .Please respect customer and driver they are wasting there time and money just because of ur profits .Uber drivers are coming and leaving with nothing in their hands without wastage of time .Stupid thing

Worst fast food experience ever! I've eaten at other Popeyes and have found them to be pretty good. I went into lunch today at the Collingwood location and couldn't believe how bad it was. The fries were disappointing compared to other fast food restaurants but the biggest issue was the soft drinks. I tried the lemonade - it was basically fizzy water with only a hint of lemon. Decided to switch to the Fanta orange - equally watery and no fizz whatsoever. Gave up on the drink totally, even though I had paid for it. Asked for salt only to be told that they were out. I guess they didn't know that salt was available for purchase at a dozen stores in town. Needless to say, I won't be back.

Waited about 30 minutes for 6 nugget and a 4 piece special on a Sunday at 1pm. They told me the buggets would takr 10-15 minutes I said thats fine its a kids meal for my son. When I got home my son ate one of the nuggets and said it was weird. I tried it, it was spoiled meat. I tried one of the thighs in my 4 piece also spoiled. First time I've ever gone to this location and they are clearly selling spoiled chicken that has gone bad... Lots of complaints about the quality of the food at this place, HQ needs to do something before they make someone seriously ill. Staff was OK and the food courts isn't a bad place to eat at but I'd avoid the Popeyes.

Worst Popeyes ever.they never have anything ready and always saying 15 minutes until they can make the order. Chicken tray is always empty. Cheap owners. Stay away

We visited at Popeyes during lunch hour to order for 5 people . I love the service by front girl Ranjana as she was very polite and nice to all customers. She knows how to deal with rude customers and chicken was really goodLove that place

Having given this location and the one on Young near gerard three visits they both fail miserably. I enjoy Popyes very much at home in ottawa but I now feel these two Toronto stores are very possibly serving substandard chicken. In both they overcooked it to mask the substandard product - Hard dark brown outside, dried out brown - black inside.I have alerted head office.
