Where should I start from?The owner is an excellent human being and God knows how many times I have witnessed when he took care of high school kids who did not have enough money or when he took care of the local homeless people.The food is always a rare delicacy cooked with passion and dedication. The food industry has so many tricks but this is definitely not the place to be worried about.The staff is well educated and their amicable serving abilities fit perfectly with the global world wide diversity of cultures and characters.By the way, I live five minutes far from the place so if I don’t know then who should know.Cheers
Having tried at least five of Popeyes chicken locations in the downtown area this one has the best quality food, and I keep coming back for it.The food is cooked fresh as needed which means that it is hot and at its best. Still it moves quickly when busy.The service is welcoming and accommodating and this restaurant belongs on your fast food chicken list. Esp if you’ve noticed the disparity in quality that you find at other Popeyes DT stores.

Wow! What a pleasant surprise! Absolutely delicious chicken strips, crispy fries, and yummy gravy. Bun tasted home baked. Cannot wait to go back. Service was friendly.

Horrible customer service. They never have enough chicken available so customers have long waits. Minimal English spoken by staff. I ask for just 2 mild thighs and the response is always "fries?" No, I reply, just 2 thighs...."fries?"...no fries, I want thighs! After asking to speak with someone who understands English, the older woman working there just kept sitting and never got up. I walked out at that point.

Mash potatoes tasted sour, i asked for all dark meat and they gave me white meat that was old and dry after waiting 10 minutes. The girl that served me was nice but i wish the food matched the service.
