The Indian female employee at the register is very rude and unprofessional, she gave us old fries that were limp and not fresh and were clearly fried in old oil, and she charged an extra dollar for what we ordered from the original price. The original price was $4.99, but she changed it to $5.99 .

Extremely unprofessional staff. Had to wait 30 + minutes to get my order. Fast foods are meant to be fast paced but waiting 30 minutes for a take out order on off peak hour is not acceptable in any means.

You can try ordering ahead, good luck getting anyone to acknowledge you when you get inside the store(later than the order stated)...and then you can wait for them to prepare your order ?

Honestly the worst Popeyes, everytime I go there the employees are so rude and never want to serve customers, they just stare at your while they are chatting with their coworkers, they are also Soo slow every other location I never experience this. Everytime I go same experience guess I won’t be going back..

This Danforth location has restored our faith in Popeyes. We talked with Bhoomika on the phone as we had a couple questions prior to ordering. Bhoomika was very nice and polite. She followed our introductions perfectly. The food and service from this location was excellent. Thank u Bhoomika for ur excellent service. We will only order from ur location in the future. Our last two orders prior where from the Kingston Rd location and they where terrible.

Have door dashed a couple of times and i am always surprised when the food arrives still hot. I do think they are usually busy because delivery takes longer than other places I order from. Also their spice level isn’t as spicy as other Popeyes i have been too; i have to recheck if i had accidentally ordered “mild” coz I can’t tell if there is any spice on it.

Food is good and the staff are polite. Get the food to go though, cleanliness leaves much to be desired and chances are high that some strange, unpleasant person will wander in and start yelling or doing other weird things.

I went in for takeout at this Popeyes location, I wouldn’t say customer service was very rude or anything. But when I asked for spicy chicken they told me it’s finished not ready to cook because it’s 10.15 PM and they want close at 11 PM. I really didn’t like their approach and like an icing on the cake chicken turned to be undercooked. I only enjoyed one piece among three. It seemed they have good reviews in google, but this location do way better.

Horrible service. Waited more than 30 minutes for my order of chicken wings, asked multiple times where it was and was told to wait. In the meantime other people were being served their orders who came in way after me. Had to ask for a manager before someone even started making my order. Last time vising this location. EDIT: After reading other reviews it seems like 30 minutes is the minimum wait time here. Mary Brown's will be my go to from now on. It is also Halal for those interested. Spices are better too

The chicken is very good here, better than the other nearby locations. Order accuracy was also good over the course of 4 visits. I have no complaints and will returning to get my fried chicken fix.
