Excellent customer service providers

Definitely if there is something wrong with this place, it is the attitude of its staff, they are not friendly and they even tend to be rude when it comes to charging, but when the customer responds in the same rude way, then if they are offended, they were definitely only going because it is open at night, but if you can avoid it, avoid it, I won't go there anymore.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced and witnessed. I live close to this location and go purely out of convenience, so I have had many negative experiences that I can speak to. There are a few employees, two women in particular who operate the cash registers, who are rude, dismissive and incompetent. Moreover, my complaints to their "customer service department" have gone unanswered. Despicable. Corporate needs to step in.

Disgusting and rude service. Walked over here with my husband at 1:32 am, the door said maintenance but I did not see anyone anywhere. We knocked and an older man said that it would be 5 minutes for a man to mop the floors. We waited for 15 minutes and don’t see anybody cleaning anything, just this old man sitting on his phone laughing at videos. We knocked again and he said 5 more minutes, we waited 10 minutes and knocked again and he proceeded to yell at us, at this point there was 9 people gathered outside waiting. Another man knocked on the door at 2:05 and the man was yelling at him so everyone left to go to 7/11 (the better choice!!!!) we had to wait as 7/11 was out of toilet paper, we waited a total of 45 minutes beffore I started yelling at the man and he let us in. No cleaner in sight, lying lazy and rude man. They were condescending and laughed when we said it’s been 45 minutes in the cold after he said 5 minutes max. I will never shop here again, I have been coming here for years. 7/11 or no frills are the better options. This place is overpriced and rude. Every person working here has made a rude comment to me or my hubs and in the past few years. We are fed up. Disgusting work practice and customer service and a disgusting store with rotting million dollar food.

Too expensive, no straws and rude. They said I can't bring my dog inside. 2 pieces of chicken for $12. No durian fruit! Don't go!

Senior management or corporate needs to look into the old tall dude (probably the store manager). Super rude and I have personally seen him being rude to other customers and his own staff as well. Very unprofessional.

Think Good

You need to fire that old man working late night.

They have a wide selection of items despite being a relatively small store. Everything is about a dollar more than the average grocery store price, but I guess you pay for convenience. The staff are all really pleasant and non-judgemental - how many times have I wandered in during the middle of the night looking like a disaster and had the staff not even bat an eye? Their prepackaged meals are all pretty bland though and could use some more spice. Also they claim to be 24hrs but sometimes when I've had to get up at 4am or so for work I've seen a sign on the front door saying they'll be back at 5:30am. Maybe clarify the hours of operation?

24/7 supermarket near High Park that you can find most of things on it. With polite and respectful sellers.

Amazing prices compared to Walmart/ no frills

A convenient, well located downtown small market serving a variety of fresh and prepared foods in addition to fruits and vegetables. Prices very cheap for the area and a great convenience for a grab and go meal.

I was racially profiled at this store. It was stormy late night, I had to pick up only few things so I went there on my way home. I had my food in a see through carry bag with a very small paper bag with brochures. I read the sign on door about handing bags to the cashier so I asked the lady cashier and told her it’s only my food and asked if I have to handover and she said it’s okay to keep it. The older man came running and almost snatched my bag from my hand and put in on trolley, it was very belittling. I wish the old man was decent.Never going there again.

Yesterday while walking around the city I stopped in to see what they had as far as snacks and something to take back to Hilton for a quick dinner bite later. They had a huge selection of foods, goods and other sundries. I ended up getting a muffin, lentil soup and a cheese, grapes and crackers tray to go. All of the food was fresh and tasteful. They gave some type of chips with the soup which I never had but they were flavorful too. The best was the lentil soup. I don't know if they make it onsite but it was some of the best I have had. Thanks to the courteous staff who also tried to assist me with my phone difficulties too!! I would definitely go there again.
