Muffin was pretty tasty, coffee was fine. Not sure if maybe the barista was new but a flat white should definitely not be this foamy.

I had a Chai latte, it was a little too sweet but I enjoyed it anyway. Love the environment, feels like I'm chilling in my living room haha.

I've gone here every couple months for the last 7 years or so, they make great lattes. But that's about it unfortunately... the food options always look dried out like they've been sitting there for days & in the summer they're surrounded by flies. I guess it depends who is working when you visit, but the last few years, the service has been so off-putting & weird, for example if you aren't a "regular" who is there everyday you're barely even a human being to the barista. Anyone deemed under 16ish by the all powerful barista, even when perfectly well behaved, are not welcome. Folks just want a nice drink & maybe a little treat, so I'll go elsewhere next time I'm in the area.

Tasty coffee, excellent quiche. Great place, neighbourhood staple. Almost worked here once, but it would’ve been a 45 min bike ride every morning and I am really bad at waking up on time. Too bad, I could’ve won the Tour de France by now. No complaints, keep it up guys

Love, love love this small family business. The coffee is excellent, fresh and fair trade. The baking is like homemade food. Staff are familiar and friendly and most importantly kind people!Vegetarian options: These blood pudding they made for Christmas are vegan. It’s a strange name, because it’s not about blood.Dietary restrictions: They usually have gluten free options, vegetarian and vegan.Kid-friendliness: Its casual with comfy chairs and a great hang out for any age, IMO. I often see very upstanding youth from near and far studying together at the tables after school.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!Literally the worst experience of my life… Other customers and I were yelled at and swore at by one of the employees of this establishment. She’s obviously mentally ill and dangerous to be around.I will warn everyone I know that it is better to avoid this place… There are many good places in the area that are worth supporting, but this place is not one of them.

One of the few indie coffee places that is open after 5pm. Does no one in Toronto drink coffee after 3pm?

I am updating my review based on a few latest visits. While the atmosphere is great here, coffee is not as good as I would expect.I won't order Cortado here as it is just off.Regular Latte and Cappuccino are blend and missing complexity.Stuff don't understand the difference between artificial sweetener and Stevia.Be aware that they charge extra for lactose free milk
I came here and ordered a small London Fog, which was listed as $3.95 on the menu. My bill came to $7.27 and when I questioned the barista on it, she told me the prices on the menu were incorrect. I find it hard to believe the prices would be almost double what’s listed and $7 for a small London Fog is ridiculous.

That's burnt . Plain and simple. When your coffee beans are black and leave a carbon powder residue on my fingers . It's burnt. The coffee smells burnt. Smell like when you burn the hell out of your popcorn. Very disappointed in the Rocket Fuel as this was my favorite coffee. At 20.00 for 1lb of coffee . It's very expensive. But I don't mind treating myself. Went back to exchange to find out that all of the Rocket Fuel is black and over roasted. Speaking with the batista. I was informed that the roaster is broken and has been for awhile . Go figure ?Been finding the quality here over the past year has really dropped. Not to nock the newer staff that have been there the past year but prior to that it was way better. Very disappointing my favorite coffee is no longer available.Fix your coffee roaster .Posted are a picture of the beans . You can see there black.

The Rocket Fuel might be the best coffee I've ever had. The Henri also excellent, as are the blueberry, cranberry and mixed berry muffins. Very cozy vibe.
