Great Mother's Day brunch at Ricarda's. The food was fresh, made to order, in abundance and very tasty. All stations were well attended. The seating was a little tight in proximity to other tables but understandable for such a busy day. The jazz duo of bass and guitarist was so soothing a lovely. Overall would recommend for a wonderful all you can eat brunch with really good food, service and great location. Thank you!

The food was ok, quality is not the greatest. But very disappointed with the male receptionist on Mother's day.. He was very rude. I came about 15 mins late from my reservation because of the sporting run event downtown and when I got there the male receptionist didn't even smile and said to us I need the table back at 12 from the time of your reservation. The place is not even that busy.

We went as a family to celebrate Mother's Day and had booked a table for 145. When we arrived we were told the kitchen closes shortly and that we needed to put in our order by 2pm. We were very surprised that the restaurant would take a reservation for 8 people 15 min before the kitchen was closing. Half way through us eating our main course we were asked if we wanted to order anything more we would need to order then as kitchen would be closed. Overall food was fine/good, but the whole experience was very rushed and not nearly as enjoyable as we would have liked.

I came across their Sunday Jazz Brunch and made a reservation right away. The artists start playing jazz at 10:30 am. It was a wholesome experience. We started with Croissant. It was warm, soft and crumbly. Everything that followed was great tasting and filling• Lavender Coconut Latter (5/5)• Wild Mushroom Tartine (5/5)• Ricarda's Paris (4/5)We wanted to get Crêpes or the lemon ricotta pancakes but were stuffed. Next time!

A great Sunday brunch with live jazz! Our Butterfly 75 cocktails were beautiful and delicious, the short rib hash was rich and savoury, and the croque madame was perfect as were the roast potatoes that accompanied it ('far too fancy to be refered to as hash browns'-hubby.) The perfect pre-opera treat. Service was attentive. We will be back.

FOOD:• Steak + egg: Incredibly juicy and tendersteak, it's much better than I thought. The fries is also amazing, thin cut and crispy.• Short Rib Harsh: tastes ok but not as good asthe steak.SERVICE: service was perfect, it took a bit long for the food.VIBE: very nice interior, the place get a lot of natural light so it's feels very nice having lunch there.

My partner and I went for brunch. The food was really good and the kitchen was able to accommodate substituting the pork in my dish for their duck, which was great. We also ordered their freshly squeezed orange juice, but it sincerely tasted like Tropicana juice - at $7.50 a glass I really hope we're wrong about this. Service was slightly slow however our server was very nice and was def making a good effort - perhaps she was new as she did seem a bit overwhelmed. It was also very hard to hear each other speak - the echoing and chatting from other tables was very loud.

Had brunch. Busy place so book in advance. Shakshouka and banana bread French toast was great. Lemon Ricotta pancake was okay. Looking forward to trying their other menus.

Went there again, service was just amazing, the Asian lady who was at the counter was so sweet, polite and welcoming that I had to come here change my review!Great great great brunch! Fresh, tasty, with various options for vegetarian! This is how you transform an upset customer into a fan! I’ll come back next week and bring my friends! Long live the Ricarda’s brunch!Previous Review from 2022Coffee was good, fresh and so was the breakfast sandwich I grabbed! Their croissant is also decent and I think it’s baked in store! However the girl was by herself, clearly overwhelmed, there was a fairly big line, and this is the second time this happens!Vegetarian options: Great menu optionsDietary restrictions: Cater for allergies and restrictionsWheelchair accessibility: Step-free access

I ordered an avocado salad. It was decent and good quality. I requested a boiled egg on the side, which they said they wouldn't! So I requested grilled chicken, which was delicious. My friend ordered onion soup. The toast was a bit burnt. Also, we preferred more cheese. They have naturally gluten-free stuff, which is good.
