For a Saturday night the restaurant was only 10% utilized. I assume it’s due to their high prices for both food and drinks for what you’re getting. The servers are friendly but came by sporadically and most of the time offering the same option repeatedly. It wasn’t organized in a way to ensure you had an opportunity to try all of their claimed 16 food options.The salad bar was fine. I enjoyed the mango salad and avocado salad. Some meats were better than others, overall it was fine. The shareable sides plate provided a small fries, 2 small fried plantains, and beans. We liked the fries but between 3 people they went fast. After 30mins of the sides plate sitting empty one server asked if we wanted another round of sides. We said yes but it wasn’t provided.The live music was more like background music than music you wanted to get up and dance to. They had one dancer who was very friendly and let you try on her hats. It was cute and adding something small but special to the experience.Overall, I wouldn’t go back again. The place being so empty on a Saturday had a sad feeling about it. Factor in the costs being so high and the service being unpredictable, it turned me off from trying it again.Kid-friendliness: The server was very nice.

Salad bar was delicious with wonderful variety. The service was very attentive. We had delicious sangria and a wonderful experience. The meats were delicious, especially thin rare cuts of steak, lamb barbacoa and BBQ pork, and were served with a delicious sauce. Had a wonderful anniversary here and will definitely go again. The live music on a Saturday night was delightful as well, and the owner visiting each table made us feel very welcome.Vegetarian options: Salad bar had various salads such as chickpea, corn, grilled vegetable, roasted red peppers, pasta, cheeses, pasta salad, potato salad, roasted Brussels sprouts, asparagus and beans.

Was a good night for the most part. Meat was good when they cam around. My daughter was charged the full amount even though she was a vegetarian and supposed to be charged less. We were a party of five and a 20% gratuity was automatically added to our bill. We were never told that ahead of time especially for such a small group. The gratuity was added to the after tax amount as well. I would not even mind that so much if I wasn't continuously having to pour the wine for my table as our server was hardly around. He was nice enough and the staff were friendly but If you are adding a 20% gratuity to my amount ahead of time without our knowledge you should be doing a better job of making sure we are serviced properly. Lost us as future customers because of that

The buffet included several appetizers, 16 different types of meat with sides like fries, rice and beans (as the main dish) and any appetizer on the menu. Drinks do not come with the buffet. Came here with my girlfriend for valentine’s day. Not my first time at brazillian steakhouse but my first time here. The food was good and the atmosphere was nice but it was by far the worst service i’ve ever received at a restaurant in my life. I thought the guy serving us was the owner but when I asked him he said he wasn’t. Was extremely rude and unprofessional. He also put a 40% tip on our bill before we even got our pineapple at the end. I was shocked. 40% for a 2 person table ? For the amount I paid I would’ve preferred the keg or some other steak house to be honest. Watch out to not get robbed if your coming to dine here

First off, Please choose copa or touro over this place ? Brought my wife here for valentines because we wanted to try a new brazilian steakhouse & we were super disappointed, we got seated and took 10 mins for a server to even come by & offer us water/drinks!The salad & pasta bar in the middle was filled with cold foods & what taste like food that’s been out for 2 days it was horrible, the meats actually weren’t the worst but some tasted dry and compared to copa they were taking way longer to come around with meats for a smaller restaurant. The drinks were decent nothing special.. Music was so loud I couldn’t even talk to my wife without her and i repeating ourselves.For the price ( $290 for 2 with drinks ) It was not worth it and I was super disappointed in their efforts to even make it enjoyable, You would think they would try extra hard to please the customers on valentine’s day lol.. It got to the point where my wife literally said “ let’s go grab mcdonald’s “ ??? If you want a good and safe steakhouse stick to copacobbana because this is on my ban list. Never again
